This lovely house offers 8 cozy bedrooms and 5 spacious bathrooms, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. It is situated at the beautiful Storey Lake Resort condominium.



The Space:

This exceptional 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom abode located in Store Lake Resort boasts high-speed Wi-Fi and a splendid clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool. The bedrooms are equipped with a master suite offering a private bathroom, and guests can find 24 towels and a laundry room at their disposal. While we do provide a Welcome Kit, it is non-replaceable. The location is extremely convenient, and please note that pool heating incurs an extra fee, which requires 48 hours' notice.This stunning home at Store Lake Resort has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and access to a luxurious clubhouse with a resort-style pool. The bedrooms include a master suite with a private bathroom, and guests will have access to 24 towels and a laundry room. Please note that although we provide a Welcome Kit, it is non-replaceable. The location is very convenient, and please be aware that the pool heater is available at an extra cost. If you'd like to add it to your stay, make sure to let us know 48 hours before your reservation.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.





POOL AND SPA HEATER:

Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"

Host: Communication from the host was excellent from booking till departure. They let us check in an hour early for no additional cost which was a huge plus for us.House: Value for money spent was worth it and worked for our purpose. It was clean upon arrival, and I liked that it was on a corner and only had neighbors on one side. The most disappointing was the game room. The pool table was very worn, and the air hockey table was wobbly and did not blow air as it should to move the puck. We didn't play foosball. The gaming system did not work, and the rechargeable batteries did not charge. The movie theatre seats were very comfortable, but the only sound came out of the projector on the ceiling which was difficult to hear unless you were sitting in the 2 seats directly under it. Towels were provided but no washcloths! We had to buy them. I would highly suggest putting anti-slip mats or something in the bathtubs as they get extremely slippery. Property: The resort is huge. They do offer a complimentary shuttle to the clubhouse and a few surrounding stores which was very convenient. The pool and lazy river were great. They could use a few more tubes. The biggest problem with the resort is the QR codes not working. You would have 4 or 5 cars lined up trying to get in the gate and eventually it would open and everyone just flew through before it shut. If it wasn't for the great communication, I would have rated lower. Will look elsewhere in the future. Sorry :(

Great property

The property was exactly as listed on the website. Was large enough as there was 14 in our party. We would use this company again and even stay at the same property if we did a future trip to Disney. The only down side was that the air conditioning for downstairs was not working to the same temperature as to the rooms upstairs.

Nice Home / Very Restrictive Water Park

The home met most of our expectations. A couple issues: Couch springs are sprung, had electric outlets that did not work and AC had issue but was resolved next day so had to spend 1 night with only 2nd floor AC unit working. We did not care for the glass top dining table nor all the bedroom dressers being entirely mirrors. The Water Park only allows water bottle in plastic. No food, no self provided shade.

Location to everything was a perfect 10! Neighborhood was safe and quite....Shopping, eating, grocery store, parks, etc....Home had everything for each of us! Outdoor relaxing movie relaxing cooking playing didnt matter something for all of our different personalities! If i have to give one thing needed more wash cloths for bathroom and kitchen. Pictures of home I saw on the internet and in person were also right on point! Thank you so much for having us and we will search you properties first when we travel anywhere! And we look forward to coming back!

Enjoyed my stay

It was such a beautiful house and has some much things you could do if we chose to stay in such as the game room, the movie theater, and pool. The only downside was that the carpet in a room on the 1st floor was wet in front of the door. But they came a fixthe issue which made me love my stay even more of how quickly they responded to the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Great setup for group with kids

Friend reunion (5 couples) with kids (4 small kids and 3 babies). Plenty of room for everyone. Game room was fun for bigger kids and everyone loved the pool and spa. Two things could have been better: only one garbage bag and one roll of paper towels, and toiletries were tiny. We needed to buy more dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. Also, the furnishings and finishes were looking a little worn (worn carpet, cracked tiles in the bathrooms, bad caulk in the shower). Also, the bedding was basic white blankets and not the themed bedding as shown in the photos. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had enough towels (plus laundry). The community was quiet and the bigger kids enjoyed the community pool and water slides. Would be happy to stay again and the property is ideal for a large group visiting the Orlando area.

Too good to be true

Communication with property management before arriving was excellent. They answered every question and assisted me in getting a grill for BBQ and getting the pool heated. It was after getting to the property where everything changed. At first glance everything looked good but then one thing after the other, things started to pop up. First it was noticed that some outlets weren't working some of them being visually broken. No big deal we got it working with management's guidance. Then we noticed the freezer door was broken and the ice machine was not working. Management sent a repair man which supposedly fixed what one of my family members already fixed and said that the ice machine should work. Well, it never worked the entire time we were there. Then as we dipped into the pool and hot tub we noticed that it was a bit nipply. (Very cold) we called management once again who sent someone to fix the heater for the pool but was unable to. Management did reimburse us for the heating of the pool but mind you the pool was going to be half of the excitement of being there. Nevertheless, we sucked it up. Then while we were hanging out in the kitchen area we notice that there were ROACHES all up in the counters and kitchen area. We notified management once again where now they were getting, I guess you can say impatient with us thru the tone of their voice. They apologized and explained that the hurricane prior made the roaches go into the house and not because it was dirty (which it was). They said that an exterminator will come the next day at 9am but they never showed and we never received an explanation as to why. That same evening myself and some of my friends actually caught a roach in a glass the was probably from the prehistoric age as it was about 5 to 6 inches long and fat (I have a video of it). On top of it all, I gave the names of every single one of my family and friends that stayed with us to management so that they would have access to the house but when rolling up to the security fence they were denied access even though their names were on the roster. All this while other people were sneaking in behind other cars and security would do nothing. HORRIBLE....... We made the best of the trip but NEVER will I ever rent another property from these people again. I will gladly pay more for better accommodations......

We really enjoyed everything about this property from it being on a corner lot to our own pool. The kids didn't know where to go first. They adored the Theatre and Game rooms. I personally didn't get a chance to go to the lazy river area but the kids enjoyed that as well. Critiques would be that it would be nice if there were some cleaning supplies and maybe a mop or swiffer for guests to use. For those that fly in, we cant take them with us so having something there would be a great thing. Overall our families were there for a wedding and we rented several properties so we were all close together. VRBO is definitely the way to go! Thank you....

Spacious house with wonderfully warm pool

This house has multiple areas to gather: large patio, 2 living rooms, theatre room, and game room. The pool heat is set warmer than average, allowing us to swim every day even when it wasn’t very hot. Management was very responsive when the pool heat turned off and came right over to fix the problem. There were minor things that needed fixing (e.g. towel rack, loose stool seat), but nothing that negatively affected our stay. Our 8 kids tend to be big complainers, but even they had to admit this was the best house we’ve stayed at in the 12 years we’ve been renting through VRBO.

Our trip was great. The pool was warm. Everything was clean. Furniture with quality. The only downfalls were, the hot tub wasn’t hot, and there were a few hairs on the sheets. Otherwise, the facilities were PERFECT!!!

Mega house for mega fun

Adult 50th birthday party. Perfect set up. We utilized the game room, pool & movie room and really didn’t need to leave the house for entertainment elsewhere because it had so much to offer. However the lazy river & pool at the clubhouse were great & we did enjoy that 1 afternoon for a few hours. Lots of restaurants close by if you want to eat out which we did 2 times. The rental company was so quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had which was great! The only criticism is that a few things were left broken /not repaired when we first arrived…. Like the curtain rod in the main room, towel bar, toilet paper holder, one light out in main room, etc…. Overall these were minor things that didn’t hinder our time that much necessarily but would have made the house perfect without flaw had they just been repaired beforehand, thus the 4 stars…. Otherwise it would have def been a 5 star review.
