Enjoy your next vacation in this 5 Bedroom & 4 Bathroom Villa with a private pool in the area of Indian Creek. This fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, allowing for up to 10 guests. This villa has the status of being on one of the closest residential communities to Walt Disney World, just a 3 mile drive to the front gates. Located on a conservation area, you don't have to worry about being overlooked in the pool area because it is surrounded by trees.

Our open floor plan allows everyone to be together - The living room, dining room and kitchen are arranged for easy conversation and sight across the house. Accented walls throughout the home give it a special touch.

The welcoming and sunshine-filled living room provides you with comfortable leather seating with three(3) sofas, as well as a 65" Smart 4K Flat Screen TV. The television is connected to a soundbar and subwoofer, in order to give an enhanced audio experience. Access to the private pool area is one door away from the living room. You can enjoy every sunny day outdoors in your private pool with patio seating for six (6) and two (2) sun loungers.

The kitchen area has seating for six (6) people with additional seating for two (2) people at the breakfast bar. There is also an additional table for six (6) available next to the kitchen. The modern kitchen boasts beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.



In the game room, you will find a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

Girls Trip
My family and I loved the property and it worked perfectly for our trip. They hung out at the house while I was at a work conference and really enjoyed everything. We will definitely look at renting the property again when we go back.

What an amazing villa!!! We stayed for four weeks and this villa was perfect for us. There was five bedrooms so we had a lot of space and the layout of the villa was really good. The kitchen, diner, living room all open plan which we really liked. Everything was modern and good quality. The pool was so much fun, very clean and lots of floats etc. There was plenty of furniture around the pool to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The pool man came once a week to check it over and make sure everything was ok. All of the bedrooms were of a good size and the beds were super comfy with plenty of spare sheets and blankets if needed. There was a full cupboard of spare towels/flannels and a basket full of pool towels as well. The owners had thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with a huge amount of plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking equipment . There was a small amount of items to get us going including toilet rolls, tissues, kitchen rolls, wash powder, binbags, cling film. We had so much fun in the games room, playing pool, air hockey and table football. The villa was very close to Disney (3Miles) so took around 15 minutes to get to Disney if the traffic was good. We were close to so many different restaurant's and Walmart was just around the corner so this made it very easy to stop off somewhere on the way home. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages I sent and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay
This house had a great layout in the kitchen, eating and living room areas. Plus ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a slow cooker, a couple coffee pots and a blender. However, the knives needed sharpening and the can opener wasn’t the best. We could have used a bigger bowl and a bigger pot. But we managed quite well with what was provided. One of the beds was very firm and one quite soft. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Property
10 of us decided to do a week long Disney vacation. This property was close by to all the Disney parks. The decor inside got the 4 children excited to set up shop on where to sleep. Girls loved the princess rooms and the only boy enjoyed the Star Wars room. The owner’s was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again for another trip.

We have visited Disney World on 4 other trips and this was our favourite home to stay in. Fantastic location and only a short drive to the parks. It was clean, lots of space and had great privacy in the backyard pool area. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

Maggie and Kris were great! They were extremely accommodating. The family all agrees that we absolutely would rent this home again! Our stay was for 10 days. The home is exactly as pictured and very clean. We chose to heat the pool as the temperature in the pool was 75 degrees. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect Property
We just completed a two week stay and couldn’t be happier with the property and our entire experience. The home is exactly as pictured, immaculately clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. We even baked brownies for my husband’s birthday and had everything we needed. Although we came prepared with our own household supplies (TP, PT, hand soap, etc), we were pleasantly surprised to have many items stocked. Note: this may have been from prior renters. There was ample space to spread out and although we had 9 people at one time, everyone felt they had their own space. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen/dining areas, as well as the living room. The pool is perfectly sized and the jacuzzi was lovely after long days in the parks. We chose to not have it heated in July and the temperature was cool and refreshing. The location was ideal, tucked into a quiet neighborhood and backing to trees. There was no noise at all. Maggie and Kris provided prompt communication over the last year throughout our planning process and were extremely accommodating with questions and changes to our guest list. We absolutely would rent this home again! Thank you for a simply wonderful stay. We were very sad to leave!

Great location. Close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Process for booking easy. The location host responsed quickly with communication. Very helpful host. The layout of the home was very adequate for a family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking if you need too. The only issue we had was the bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms was dirty. The bathroom mats wreaked of urine and vomit. The host reached out to the property manager to rectify the situation. All they did was pick up the bathroom mats. They didn't clean the bathroom. The urine smell was so strong. Also, we couldn't find all the towels or wash clothes. I finally located them still in the dryer.

Best Vacation Ever!!
I don’t even know where to start. Home was gorgeous. 5 bedrooms place far enough apart that we didn’t get on each other’s nerves. House was just as described. Everything we could ever want was in the kitchen. Neighborhood felt very safe. Everyone enjoyed the games room. Just an absolute great property. Home away from home
This house is beautiful and spacious!!! The rooms were themed and the kids loved it!! They also loved the pool which changes colors!!! I highly suggest getting the pool heated if anyone plans on going in at night, the water can be a bit cold. The game room was perfect for a couple of drinks and billards when the kids were alseep. They also enjoyed the air hockey. This home was literally 15 mins from everything!!! Disneyworld, seaworld you name it just 15 min away. Maggie and Kris answered all our questions we had and made sure our stay was perfect. Their response time was incredible, they responded quickly and didn't have us waiting. Overall my family and I enjoyed this beautiful home and we'll definitely be staying here again!!!

Just dreamy!
Just dreamy! This house was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! Just dreamy for someone who is going to the Disney resorts as most rooms are themed! The pool and lanai were so private. Even though we came down in a very warm weather I probably would have spent the extra money to have the pool and hot tub heated in advance but that was about our only complaint! Would come back here in a heartbeat!

This house was PERFECT for our two families to stay while we enjoyed the Disney parks. It was a short drive each morning and then the kids loved swimming in the pool when we got home. Perfect for our family
Rented for a Disney family vacation but because of the virus, Disney was closed. However, the house was perfect for our group of seven from 18 to 71. We took some side trips and enjoyed the pool and spa. The layout is very nice. The house was clean and well appointed. There was a bottle of wine on the dining room table, the towels in the bathrooms were arranged very professionally and they even had towels folded like swans in the master bedroom. Just like a high end resort or cruise ship. As someone who enjoys cooking, I was pleased to find a well equipped kitchen. We would stay again if we have another opportunity

Omg I don’t know where to start ,absolutely amazing . U need not look any further thank you to Maggie and chris for letting us stay in what I would call home from home ,everything from start to finish was fab ,Maggie and chris were a second away from replying to any queries or questions we had about the booking or Orlando it’s self . Their beautiful villa is immaculate ,pool and jacuzzi were lovely and sometimes when it says heated it’s not normally to a nice temperature this was more than ideal .its in a great location for every park too and restaurants ,there was everything you could of wanted even down to the pool inflatables which were on the picture ,which we thought were just on there as a photo no way did we expect them to be there on arrival .there was 6 of us and my grandson who was two year old ,he loved the games room too with all of us ,pool towels were also provided ,honestly you would not go wrong booking this fantastic property ,not overlooked either all I can say is if we were going bk it would be a definite to re book here and we will def recommend to all our friends .
