3 miles from Disney World, make this spacious and beautifully remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath condo with lake views your home away from home! Stretch out and relax after a fun day in the parks, or spend time at Windsor Hills enjoying the pool, waterpark, and playground.

Windsor Hills: The Windsor Hills Waterpark is a short 1 minute walk (30 seconds for energetic kids!) out the back porch. Windsor Hills also has a castle playground, large heated pool, tennis courts (including pickleball!), movie theater and small convenience store and grill. Equipment can be rented at the welcome center for any of your desired activities.

The condo: Granite and solid surface counter tops, new appliances, and new furnishings will add to your hassle free vacation! Have your own room for the price of sharing an entire hotel suite with your family, and the washer/dryer in the unit makes it easy to pack a little less, saving more room for droids and lightsabers! Comfortably sleeps up to 7.

All dishes, cooking utensils, and coffee maker are included in the unit, as well as pool towels (for Windsor Hills Resort use only) and bathroom towels.

This is a self-catering unit, although a small starter pack of dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner are included to get you off to a good start!

Our condo is managed professionally by M&M management, and they will be readily available to assist you with any needs during your stay. The condo is professionally cleaned before each visit, with updated covid sanitizing measures. There is no additional daily cleaning scheduled, but may be requested if needed through Prestige for an additional fee. (*Please note: this condo has a ring doorbell with a camera on the front door).


Free. wifi and free parking for up to 3 cars. Self-keypad check-in at or after 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

This is our second stay here. We had such a great experience the first time we came back a second time and stayed longer. The hosts are so nice, give you all the information you need and are very easy to get in touch with if needed. Place is very clean and love the location to the pool.

Updated condo, great location & amenities
The condo was newly renovated. The location was perfect as we were hitting Disney and Universal Studios. The amenities at the facility were fantastic. My kids didn’t care if the weather was a little on the cooler side because the pool was 84°. We also went to one of the shows at the movie theater. I used the gym, there was adequate equipment for what I needed to do. We did not use the playground, arcade, or courts area, but both looked very nice. The market on site was very convenient. The property felt very safe and was well manicured. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars on cleanliness was because although the condo was clean some of the rugs inside, definitely need to be washed or replaced.

We loved the location to Disney World attractions. It was a short distance to the parks and it was easy to get in/out. We especially liked it being on the 1st floor. The security was excellent with it having a guarded entrance and exit gate. There were great communications from the owners prior to arriving with thorough instructions and directions. We would suggest an improvement in the air conditioning system. The note on the thermostat suggested not changing the temperature or the air conditioner could freeze up causing the renters to be charged for repair. The thermostat was set on 70 leaving the rooms humid. Overall we would highly recommend the rental and owners.

We booked a last minute trip with a recommendation to stay in this community. This space couldn’t have been more perfect. Location was perfect, first floor and very close to the pool. It was right on the pond which the kids also loved. The actual apartment itself was immaculate. Clean and had everything you needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Added bonus that it is decorated so nicely. They made the check in/out process so easy to be sure that you had all the information necessary. And they were very welcoming and prompt in answering any questions. Truly can’t say enough great things about our stay here.

Amazing Experience and Caring Host
We have been home for a week now and are very much missing this condo! We didn’t originally book this condo, but ended up in an emergent situation where we had to leave our original booking. Char welcomed my family of 5 in and was so kind and helpful. Her condo is so beautifully decorated and many updates are present. We loved that it was on the bottom floor since we had 3 young kids with a lot of gear. We could walk to the pool/water park on 2 minutes from the condo door! The condo has 3 beautiful bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area to unwind after a long park day. This condo is SO close to all Disney parks - we couldn’t believe it. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and our host answered any questions we had within minutes. We will be back one day! Highly recommend !

Great family base for Florida adventures.
We just completed a 10 night stay here. It was a lovely and clean home for us. We enjoyed all the Star Wars decorations. Overall it was a great stay there were just a few very minor issues. The first was, although I understood that this was a self catering property, I didn't expect for there to be no toilet paper or any soap in the property when we arrived. Luckily another family from our party was staying at a condo in the same building and theirs had toilet paper and some soap so at least we could use the bathroom after getting in on a late flight and not making it to the store right away. Other than that our stay was good. We used the little stroller that was there every day for the park. The bigger stroller shown is definitely on it's last leg so we didn't feel comfortable using it but it looks it was just a lot of normal wear and tear which is expected. Over it was a great stay!

Our unit really needs updating! Wall outlets in need of repair, never able to get hot water in second bathroom sink, only 1 comfortable bed in the whole unit, living room rug has curled edges causing tripping, screen porch was filthy, and no drapes in third bedroom. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills several times but this unit was not what we’re accustomed to here. Also confusing information on check out time. Book in unit says 10 and my email said 11

Perfect Place
This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Disney and each other before dropping our son off at UCF. The condo is super clean and we loved the decor, particularly since we are StarWars fans. Beds were very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen has all you need. Char is lightening fast when responding to any questions! Great condo!
This condo was exactly as advertised! Communication was so easy and there was ample space for all 7 of us! We loved the layout, it was quiet and having a kitchen was great. The waterpark and pool were a lot of fun! The only thing is traffic can be really bad getting onto Old Wilson Road but otherwise this was a fantastic stay for our family! :)

Really cute property in a great location within the complex. Condo is on first floor, so easily accessible, and overlooks a conservation area, where you will see several ducks & birds. We even saw a bald eagle! Very tastefully decorated to suit all ages. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Condo is a very short walk to the pool area, which we also enjoyed. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this condo! The pictures in the listing are lovely, and the condo lives up to the pictures in person. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very clean, appliances worked well. Quick and easy walk to the pool and water slides on site. It was nice having strollers provided to use at Disney parks. Pack-and-play had plenty of linens/blankies to use, so we didn’t have to bring child bedding on the plane. Games and videos in the condo. The beds were very comfortable, nice sheets, blankets were very soft, thick towels. There were also beach/pool towels to use, which was very handy! We loved our stay at Windsor Hills, will definitely stay here again, and will for sure try to get this same condo if it’s available! Very impressed with the rental location, as well as convenience (Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores all very close!). You’ll love staying here!!

We reserved this property last minute with our Christmas trip to Florida. If you are looking for a rental that is a short drive to Disney World parks, this is your property. It is in a secure subdivision and close to restaurants and. Walmart is in near proximity. The owner is very accessible to issues and concerns. I will recommend this property and will stay here again.

Perfect Disney Family Property!
New and Clean! We typically stay at the high end Disney resorts but this time decided to try a condo. This condo did not disappoint! Very clean, big, comfortable beds, kids excited for the Star Wars theme (which is also perfectly classically done, not over the top). Close to the pool and game room. My only confusion was around pool towels, but eventually found the big, plush pool towels in laundry room. Thank you for the magical, easy, and economic stay!!

Incredible location. 5 minutes to everything. We normally stay at Disney Hotels but those days are over for us. So much better to have space and multiple bedrooms. This place was just as listed and was perfect for our last minute visit.
