Beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse on the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa. This home is fully furnished to the highest standards and provides all you could want for the perfect family holiday! The living area offers a bright open space for dining and relaxing with high quality coordinated furniture. It has a large flat screen TV with cable channels. A number of DVD's and board games are provided. The open kitchen area has all the appliances and utensils needed for the expert cook and has a phone to order take-aways for those who don't cook! A children's high chair, play pen and stroller is available. The first floor has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and 3 additional bedrooms; the master and 2 twin rooms. The master has a King bed, flat screen TV, wardrobes and en-suite with oval bath, shower and toilet. The spacious 2 twin rooms have flat screen TV's 1 twin bed and a bunk bed. The Queen bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite with bath, shower and toilet. This home has no rear neighbors. The resort offers lagoon swimming pools, lazy river, slide and play area as well as clubhouse, game room, gym and spa. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are all within walking distance. Adjacent to the superb Highlands Reserve golf course (par 72) where preferential rates are available. All major attractions within 15 mins. Perfect for a family holiday! The resort has a 24 hour reception, clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving food and drinks from breakfast until late, both inside and outside on the terrace overlooking the pool area. The area is Wi-Fi enabled, has an internet room, games room, fully equipped gym and spa. There is a $20 Per Day/Per House Resort Fee plus tax, which is payable directly To Regal Palms upon your Check in. Pool towels are available in the property. If you prefer to bring your own, that is fine. If you use the Resort Pool Towels you will need to pay a Deposit for Each Towel.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! The house is great, just as listed. The resort amenities were amazing, my kids loved the pool area. The location was also fantastic being near everything we needed and an easy drive to and from Disney. We will definitely be back!

February Trip
This unit is a bit smaller than others we have stayed in but for our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Check in at the resort was very easy and any questions we had were answered very promptly by the owners. The house was very clean and stocked with some basic supplies until we were able to go shopping. There are some baby items in the unit like strollers, high chair, and playpen. It is located towards the back of Regal Palms away from road noise. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the pool. We will definitely be saving this unit in our favourites for future stats.

If not twice a year, I’ll definitely be staying at least once a year! The weather was absolutely perfect for some poolside fun. While my daughter is still too young for the slide (which looked like so much fun!), we had the best time floating in the lazy river and splashing around in the shallow areas. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to markets, restaurants, dessert spots, and so much more. Everything we needed was within a quarter of a mile, making our stay effortless. It’s also an ideal spot for Disney goers—just far enough from the parks for a peaceful retreat, yet only a 20 to 30-minute drive (40 with traffic). There’s so much to see and do, I’ll definitely be staying longer next time! The neighborhood itself was incredibly relaxing, quiet, and welcoming, with wonderful neighbors who made us feel right at home. An absolute gem!

Family Vacation
We stayed at this property from October 23-30, it was a perfect place for my family and my brother’s family. The host responded quickly to any problems that had occur. We found a wasp nest in the back and within 5 minutes she send someone to take care of it. We needed a vacuum and she had one delivered within an hour. Lastly I forgot my kids health cards on the counter after we checked out and she paid to have them send to me. The best service that I had ever received when staying at a rental property! We will be back!

Great VRBO!

Decent place with kids
We did not spend a ton of time here, just to sleep and that’s what it is good for. It had everything we needed for a cheap price. The shower curtain in the bathroom upstairs fell upon trying to open it, the rod was old and rusty and didn’t fit the wall properly so we did not use that shower. Rugs looked old and could use some updating but besides that it was decent. Resort itself was nice but check in process is a pain and god forbid you lose the uncomfortable bracelets they make u wear to enter pool area..also resort fees, towel fees and more. Honestly, I prefer an all inclusive stay, all these extra fees are kinda not worth the stay. Overall the house was okay, not fancy or modern just somewhere to sleep. Also, this is one of the furthest locations to the pool so you have to drive .

We got to the property and the cleaning wasn't completed. We were quite surprised to find clothes in the dryer, a cleaning basket, floors not swept and the counters not cleaned. We called the management company and the owner called us immediately saying how sorry she was. She made it immediately right, and had the cleaners come back to finish the job. We were so happy with her promptness and resolution solutions. We came back from supper to a clean house and we really enjoyed the next three days! We would stay there again! The resort was lovely and my children really felt like they were living on a resort.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Very fast communication with our hosts. If there would be any to improve on would be having heavier blankets in bedrooms. Would rather disgard blankets if too hot. But when too cold, it is harder to find extra blankets. We did find another lighter blanket but was not big enough for the bed. Other then that hiccup everything was amazing. Thank you

I have never written a bad review but I would want to know if I were looking to stay at this home. It was extremely dirty. The carpet is very old and smelly. The side tables in the living room were sticky, there was weird brown goo on the kitchen blinds, there was part of an air filter in the middle of the primary bedroom when we arrived. There were no cleaning supplies. The garbage can (which was the size of a bathroom trash can) had one garbage bag. There was a half used roll of paper towel and that is it. Only one small burner on the stove works. The pans to cook in are disgusting and the layer of teflon is peeling off. The sliding screen door flew off when we tried to open it. There were raccoons in the back yard because all of the large trash cans are back there. There's a crack in the downstairs toilet and it was leaking all over the floor. The main living room TV is not connected to cable or internet so you can only watch DVDs on it.
