The property has a modern contemporary style decoration with great taste, providing a cozy feeling to its visitors. Also, conveniently located, situated close to well-known tourist spots. The unit consists of two floors, the 1st. floor - Complete kitchen with a huge bench with 6 chairs, it has all the utensils (pots, pans, glasses, etc.), a beautiful room with double height ceilings, beautiful sofas, electric fireplace, TV, dining table with 8 seats, toilet , full laundry and a beautiful balcony. On the second floor we have 3 bedrooms with 3 complete private bathrooms and walk-in closets; one of them with a bunk bed with two full beds, a bedroom with a kink bed and another master with a king bed, a work desk and a huge chaise. And a brand new Jacuzzi spa to enjoy the beautiful garden view and relax after a busy day. (7458 Blc ln)
Guest Access:
The condominium has a gate-coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and to provide a peaceful stay. This community also has its own leisure amenities such as a pool, gym, and other facilities; however, there is a daily fee of $100 to have access to the clubhouse and its facilities. On the other hand, there is a restaurant inside the clubhouse to which no fee is required to have access.
OTHER NOTES
1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.
3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.
5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
6. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.
7. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.
8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
11. Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00
12. Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.
We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have a great vacation while staying at our listing. Also, remember that our main form of communication is always through messaging on the platform that rented your home.

Interaction with guests:
We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us. We are available for maintenance or requests in the hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, call us on mesage and we will return later, we support checkin until 10.00 pm.
House Rules:
1. At the check-out, you should bag and dispose all garbage and leave on the trash bin outside for pickup. If an excess of garbage was left inside or outside the unit, a fee will be charged $ 200.00 fine
2.1. You cannot smoke inside the house and may generate a $ 350.00 fine
3. No pets allowed, if you insist you will receive a fine of $ 350.00, plus any damages that the animal may cause.
4. Please ask not to go up with shoes, sneakers or slippers on the stairs and in the rooms, as the floor is carpeted and will be stained or dirty.
5. It is not allowed to throw parties at the house, the condominium does not allow it, if you insist you will pay a fine of $ 400.00
6. Please throw out all food in the garbage.
7. Put all dishes in the dishwasher please turn it on before you leave.
8. Pool towels are the blue and white towels or green and white towels, please don’t leave towels at pool. There will be a $20.00 charge for lost towels. Please do not use the bath and face towels for cleaning makeup on your face or use as a floor cloth, they are white and if the dirt does not come out I will have to charge ($ 18.00 to $ 25.00) for each stained or damaged towel
9. All Kitchen dishes and utensils, pots and pans are counted. We want the next renters to have the same items. There will be a charge for all missing items ($5.00 to $20.00 depending on the items).
10. Please request that the checkout be done at 10.00 am, due to the entry of another guest and cleaning of the house. Failure to do so will result in a $ 60.00 fine per hour of delay and may not exceed 12.00 pm.
11. We do not accept animals, if you have a license to take you must have the service dog certificate and attestation and be presented before the reservation and be approved by the HOA of the condominium, otherwise you will be subject to a $ 350.00 fine.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We charge a security deposit of $400.00, which will be returned after your checkout if there are no damages to the house. If there are any damages, we will deduct the cost from the retained amount and refund the remainder.
