Professionally decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. Inspired by the Colorado Rockies, this unique property will awe you with its fashionable furnishings, hardwood flooring, custom made bathrooms and great decoration. Luxury linens, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, cable, telephone and WiFi are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy.

This large corner unit features a sitting room set up with flat screen TV and board games that normally turns into the family's hangout area. For this reason, corner units are a favorite of our returning guests! The balcony with beautiful patio furniture is a great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing evening cocktail.

Vista Cay Club House Pool and new Epic Universe Park Update: The main pool at Vista Cay is undergoing renovations scheduled to be completed in late Spring 2025. Guests currently can enjoy the New Isles Pool & Bar, located less than 5-minute walk from the unit. There is a great pool bar and lots of choices to grab a bite close by. While the renovation may cause some inconvenience, the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center will remain open, though occasional temporary closures may occur for safety. There will also be road construction in preparation for the eagerly awaited Epic Universe Park opening in Summer 2025.  We appreciate your understanding during this time!

FAQ:
How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry tabs, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours are in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo close to OCCC
We had no issues at all with this condo. It has a higher end feel compared to other condos I stayed at. The little extras (welcome basket, a couple drinks in the fridge, extra garbage bags, etc) were appreciated!

Couldn't have been more perfect
The suite was fully equipped with all the little comforts of hone, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Beach towels high quality, pool was fantastic. Close to dining, parks so easy to take uber to universal parks. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would never book elsewhere again

I am 100% satisfied with my stay in this unit. It is extremely close to OCCC which is why i choose it. The condo was extremely clean and bigger than the pictures make it appear. The host had all the check in info to me timely and was very accomodating. I will be happy to stay in this unit again.

Excellent stay!

NCSA Swim Meet
My daughter and I stayed here for NCSA Junior Nationals. We loved everything about our stay at Vista Cay! The condo was spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a home away from home. It was close to the Rosen Aquatic Center, Publix, and lots of restaurants. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise! We will definitely stay here again when we return for this meet next year.

The Perfect Spot
Located in Vista Cay, this is simply the perfect spot to start a great vacation with family. We were close to Universal and Disney properties. The home was compete with everything we needed to relax after a long day at the parks. Clean, organized and comfortable. We will certainly be back.

Superb, easy, economical stay for conference go-ers.
Attended a conference with 2 peers. The place was clean, luxurious, ski themed, and even had a nice welcome basket. Uber's were easy and cheap to the conference center.

Totally Fabulous!!
Everything was perfect, and by far the best experience we have had with a rental property in Orlando, and we’ve stayed at a lot!! To start with, the communication was superb, fast response, incredibly helpful and polite. The condo itself was everything we wanted, and more! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, the sofa equally comfy. We had loads of space for the four of us, and immaculately clean. We appreciated the pack of drinks and goodies left for us, a lovely touch. Great washer/dryer, generous amounts of dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets. I always take my own but wouldn’t have needed to. I literally can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about this place. Just hope it’s available when we want to come again. Thanks so much!

Amazing rental
Quite easily the best vrbo we have rented! The space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property itself is well kept and offers many amenities, including a beautiful pool area.
