Cancelled reservation when arrive at property. People smoking outside and walking in lobby with the smell . Loud group of people inside and outside of hotel drinking . Staff wasn’t professional and lacked any type of customer service. The area didn’t not look safe . Went and stayed at another hotel for the night.

It was OK. quick access to airport and highway- there's a mcdonalds next door and a 7'11. Poor parking - not enough spaces and the AC was not great- the room stayed muggy although it was not muggy outside- breakfast was granola bars, yogurt not as advertised.

check in staff member was indifferent. After a long and tiring day of traveling a smile from the hotel member aids a great deal. Minimalist and clean hotel. No coffee in the rooms. very nice breakfast with truly excellent coffee. Breakfast staff member was a very nice lady.
