Donna the front manager was amazing. But the restaurant for breakfast we went and there were only seven people dining and the waiter said there was a 40 minute wait to get your food. Also the hotel was a little under staffed

I was charged extra holding fees which locked me from using my credit card. They still havenā€™t been removed three days after check out. The hotel was clean but hidden fees and price transparency were an issue.

Very disappointed and will not return, and will tell everyone I know. Cleaning staff removed a cooler with water and ice. (The fridge in the room did not work). We than found the cooler in the elevator with two employees ( that could not speak English) . All I wanted to know was why was it removed from my room, all our clothing and other things were not touched.. The front desk wasn't able to tell me anything and I'm still waiting for an answer as to why was the cooler removed from my room. room #316.... My wife and I were sitting in the lobby and I went to get my wife a water and that's when I went to my room only to find the cooler gone. What happened?
