Our Villa, which is the largest floorplan in Paradise Palms (3500 sq ft), has been professionally decorated and designed, offering our guests a vacation experience that is second to none. The layout consists of a Master Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. The modern Kitchen consists of custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and an expansive island. The stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and the other kitchen amenities will ensure that all your needs are met in order to prepare wonderful family meals in the upscale kitchen. There is a modern Dining and Living room looking out to the sun drenched southwest facing Pool and Spa. Enjoy watching TV with our July2019 Smart Outdoor TV. The villa boasts upgraded Flat screen TV’s such as; the 65” Smart 4k TV in the living room, a 75” Smart 4k TV in the Loft for quality family movie time. With FREE WIFI and CABLE

The children's excitement will only amplify once they move on from the Arcade room to the theme rooms upstairs. We have designed a Harry Potter, Mickey Mouse and Princess rooms to get the Disney fever started early.

We haven’t stopped there! Keeping our guests vacation experience & comfort in mind, we have done a complete conversion of the garage into a functional & enjoyable game room. State of the art STARWARS theater room with theater seats, with Storm Troopers and LED lights. Florida heat makes the garage converted game room a difficult place to hang out as it becomes far too hot to enjoy.So, we are one of the few Villas that have installed a dedicated AC unit for our Arcades room area! The family can enjoy hours of fun on the Video Arcade machines(no quarters or tokens needed!) in a cool & comfortable temperature that the guests can control with the game room thermostat. We also have a custom cabana and loungers by the Colored pool to soak up and relax under the Florida sun. This outdoor setting makes it ideal for the family to dine al fresco under the shade of the extended Lanai. Not having any rear neighbors provides privacy for quality family time.

Upstairs there are 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds and huge ensuite bathrooms. A large loft area has been designed as a hangout place for the family. Perhaps to lounge in the modern sitting area, sharing the adventures of the day…or, maybe just to watch a Disney Classic on the new 75” 4k Samsung flat screen TV.
There are 3 theme rooms ready to get the kids & adults excited about their holiday. The theme rooms include Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter and a Princess room.

If that wasn’t enough fun! Paradise Palms Resort features some of the best vacation and resort-style amenities, including a stunning 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse featuring sauna, movie theater, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grotto and spa, pool slide, tiki bar and grill, kids pool, and much more!!
note:the home’s pool/spa heat is normally requested for reservations from Nov-Feb. Our cost to heat the pool/hot tub is $40/day. This is an optional amenity we offer for guests requesting pool/hottub heat.

Below are some of the things we have put into practice as part of EVERY clean:

-COVID-19 is most likely spread in the kitchen and bathrooms, high traffic areas. The cleaning staff will be focused on these areas, wiping down each surface with a recommended cleaner.

-Cleaners will pay particular attention to door and Drawer handles and door keypads, etc. as the virus can easily be spread on these surfaces.

-We have installed a dispenser for hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in each home and adding ” Best Practices signage”

-All guests will be using disposable cloths and paper towels as much as possible.

Perfect oasis for our Disney trip!
This property was wonderful for our large family. We have 6 kids ranging from 15-6. Between the game room, theatre room, and the awesome resort clubhouse amenities we had plwnty to keep us busy on our off days from Disney. The drive from the house to Disney was easy. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property

The house was amazing for our Disney trip. Our grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the pool. They are all water kids and they liked having the pool as much as going to the disney parks. We left the house pretty clean and wanted to mention that a glass was broken when one of the kids accidentally knocked it off the table when trying to reach something else. There were a few things that I think could be added like new pans.The ones there are pretty banged up but other than that we had a great time and made some lasting memories our family will always cherish. I want to thank the owners for responding quickly and providing the VRBO so we could have a wonderful time with our family.

So real quick I’ve stayed in other rentals before and for whatever reason always found something I didn’t like, whether it was a false advertisement or maybe something not clean enough. I truly have to say that with as big as this rental is I was amazed on how well kept and clean it is. My family and I were truly happy with this rental, we enjoyed all the amenities included.From check in process all the way till we even needed an extra day cuz our flight was cancelled we were accommodated properly. Ruby and Zane were such great hosts, always responded to me in a timely manner and were such a delight speaking with. I would recommend this rental to everyone and I will definitely be back. I would never return to Florida without contacting Ruby and Zane first and checking for any availability with their properties. Good job guys keep up the great hospitality. Hope to see you soon Overall rating. 12/10 definitely 5 🌟’s across the board.

Perfect family home and great location!
We wanted a place near the action but not directly. We had plans to do a few activities in Orlando but the house offered everything we wanted so we didn't even need to leave. The host was very responsive and kind! The house was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing but also for us to come together. I really enjoyed our stay and my kids really had a blast!! Hope to come again soon!

A perfect family getaway home
Our family of 12 had an amazing stay at this property. The property owners were very informative and made the checkin process very easy and painless. The Best of the Best!!
This home was above and beyond what we expected! Kitchen was Fully furnished with almost anything you will need to prepare a meal. The bedrooms were well put together and beds very comfortable. This had to be my best VRBO ever. The jouse was spacious, the beds were literally the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a VRBO. The owners must have thought of everything you need and had it available. The game room was awesome for the kids and adults. Close to disney and not too far from universal. This place would be awesome for large families. My husband liked it so much he told me to remember it for next Orlando vacation. Thanks for making our visit wonderful.

Everything was excellent! Only have a couple of suggestions, one is to fix the sliding door off the dining room and the second is the carpet on the stairs and upstairs could be replaced. Otherwise we loved everything about it.

Perfect vacation home for our Disney family vacation
The home was as described and pictured in the listing. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The beds and linen were all comfortable and clean upon arrival. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounging areas with a huge kitchen. The arcade was a big hit with the kiddos in our group. Easy drive to the Disney Parks with lots of back roads and alternative routes to avoid the traffic. The kitchen was fully functional with all the necessary equipment available. Walmart nearby for the grocery haul. The pool and spa were small but fairly private and served the purpose of taking a dip. The gate security was fairly strict but once we checked in and registered our guests it was fine. No problems getting my Uber to the airport or DoorDash delivery. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it! (Our group had six adults and two kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out)

Beautiful home near everything!!
This was our first family trip to Disney/Universal in Florida. We chose this house for the proximity to both parks and we couldn’t be happier! The house had everything and more! The game room provided a lot of fun on our downtimes and the pool area was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The host was very responsive and friendly with any questions we had. The club house and pool were an added plus. Location of the house to activities, food and shopping met our every needs/desires. Easy check in and checkout! Would definitely rebook with Zane and Ruby at this location for future trips!!

Absolutely beautiful!!!
My family and I use VRBO quite a bit when traveling to the Orlando area, and I must say that this is by far one of the most beautiful properties that we've had the pleasure of staying at. This home is not only beautiful, but very comfortable, it's like being at home, it literally had everything that we needed. It's also very convenient to restaurants and shopping. And the icing on the cake was how kind the owners Zane and Ruby are. They are quick to respond to any messages sent, which meant alot. We paid for the pool and hottub heat, and i must say that this is one of the first that we paid extra for and the heat actually worked! The game/ arcade room and the private yoga room was an added plus! I can't say enough about this beautiful home and the kind owners! Please book with them, you won't be disappointed!

THE Greatest Disney Vaycay
It was perfect! A bedroom 1st floor for us old folks. A huge kitchen with everything you need for cooking anything! A family and game room right off kitchen. So roomy! Pool and jacuzzi right outside kitchen door so no, are we going yet? They were entertained from dawn to dark. . The children loved their rooms. Every room is adorably decorated. 2nd floor also has a area for the children to “hang out” or watch tv in big leisure chairs. The club house is a walk away and has a bar, pool, food and games. This place held the greatest family vacation!

Last minute decision, couldn’t have worked out better
We decided to take a trip at the last minute, and thankfully this property was available for 4 days between long bookings. That’s usually a bad sign, but turns out that we are actually very lucky for once! The house is fantastic, the themed rooms were a big hit with the kids, and the hand painted crafts in the rooms really gave it a “home-y” feel for us grown ups. The owners were fantastic to deal with, very clear instructions, very quick responses, and just all around friendly and pleasant to work with. The development itself is extremely secure, and has a lot of communal activities available as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic property and hosts
We stayed here for 10 days and it was great! There was 4 adults and 4 children and it was the perfect size for 2 families to spend time together, while having their own space. We had a minor issue with the AC and the owners were prompt to respond and the property manager arrived within 30 minutes.. It was a bit noisy sometimes due to the proximity to a main traffic route, but overall the property was wonderful, as were the hosts! Thank you so much Zane and Ruby!

Amazing accommodations!
This exceptional home made our visit to Florida extremely special. The home is a perfect place to relax and come back to after enjoying the attractions around Orlando.
