Beautiful home that needs work
This home was absolutely beautiful but needs major work. The Jacuzzi pump was broken and leaking water all over the yard, when we called they said someone would be right out to fix it. They came and shut it off which stopped the heating of the pool which we paid almost 300 extra for. So no Jacuzzi, No heated pool. They never even notified us that it wasn't going to work the rest of time. The door to the pool area was busted on one side and the blinds were missing. My 73 year old father was fixing multiple broken cabinets in the kitchen well on vacation because they were off the hinges. Coffee pot was shattered and when we notified the management company they said they'd take care of it right away but never sent another coffee pot. Door handles and toilet paper holders in various bathroom were broken. The pictures show a pop a shot basketball game which the kids were excited about which is no longer there and the air hockey table doesn't produce enough air to truly play.

Great location
The house was nice and in a great location. My only complaint is the back sliding door wouldn’t stay locked. We had to put a broom stick down to keep the door locked when we left the house. All the doorways In the house and stairs that had carpeting had nails sticking out the carpet. We had multiple people stepping on the nails. The kids also stepped on it and required bandaids because it caused some bleeding. But overall the house was nice..just need those 2 things fixed.
