Perfect spot
We loved the small extras such as strollers (extra helpful at the parks having a little one), games, cooking spices, and plenty of pool towels. Proximity to the Disney parks was perfect!

Nice quiet neighborhood ... location was a bit out from what we planned for activity's ... pool could have been warmer...we are from Wisconsin and left the snow!!!! Bummed that we had to supply all condiments and then throw them away after our stay. Overall nice

This home was in a great location. It met all of our needs for 8ppl(2 families of 4). Pool heat was amazing(best we've had out of last 4 houses). Javier attended to our small non urgent issue promptly. Would consider staying here again!

Best rental home for a Disney trip!
I cannot say enough at how wonderful this home was for our trip! It was spotless and so roomy. It was a wonderful set up for my family so we all had space. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool (which is worth every dime to heat it! ) The details in the home with labels, instructions, and a very well stocked kitchen set up was perfect. We relaxed and slept well. The home is perfect and I want to go back! The directions were fantastic and it was quiet. This was reasonably priced and we loved it!

We had a great stay while attending a cheer competition at ESPN. Property was just as described, and it was great to have plenty of space, a pool and hot tub and a place to make some meals. Communication and location was good too.

Excellent location to parks and everything surrounding! We paid the extra for the pool heat, highly recommend. The pool and spa made the property for us! We found the mattresses a little uncomfortable but we have back issues so that is just our own personal opinion. Overall, the place was amazing for us. We would absolutely stay again!

Loved the location, needs better customer service
House was in a great location. Needs a little updating but if the customer service was better, I would definitely stay again. But given the experience I had with our contact person I don't think I will go back to this rental. Everything was ok, house space and cleanliness were ok as well but the greatest downfall was when we contacted Javier as it stated on the email I received. Email stated to contact him for any issues prior or during our stay, we paid for the pool and spa to be heated and the pool and spa never reached the supposed temperature that the owners allow. After texting him and calling him to come out and look at the issue and getting an attitude from him and telling us each time that he would go look at the issue in a "couple of hours", he showed up 8 hours later even though I specifically explained to him that we wanted to use the pool around 2pm and first call was at 11am. Pool had been running since Thursday and we used it on Sunday, he gave us this nonsense explanation over the phone and really did not attend to our needs. We ended up using the pool anyways, but the temperature never reached what we paid for to have it at. I might as well have saved the extra money as temperature never reached the 85 degrees in the pool or the 100 degrees in the spa.

Be aware of the two layers of communication when booking. A little confusing at first but works ok. Lots of space. Close to parks. Needs some updates but functions.
