The house was beautiful and spacious! We had a blast swimming and enjoying the outdoor patio. The lazy river and swimming at the resort pool was also amazing. The basketball hoops helped keep my kids entertained.

As described
Home as described in listing. Check in process was easy and host communication response was quick. However when we arrived to the house, cleaners were still there parked and sitting in the driveway. Had to call the main office to get the OK to ask for him to leave. 3rd time staying in this neighborhood. This was the only time we had very loud neighbors with music blasting and talking from morning til night. Grille was not cleaned prior, so we didn’t get to grille like we planned. Most tv wouldn’t connect to the satellite, so we were unable to watch TV. Saw two cockroaches. Will have to reconsider if I would book at this resort again.

Nice but lacked attention to detail
Upon arrival, I was instructed to go to the office to pick up an envelope since it was after hours. There was no envelope for me. I was told that I should have received information via email but I didn't. We did not have instructions for departure as to how to leave the home. We cleaned top to bottom although we paid a cleaning fee. My wife also washed, dryed and folded all of the towels. We enjoyed the home but was dissatisfied with the pool. We called maintenance to have a pool company address the issues (murky water and nats) which they did. Nevertheless, the pool was not ready to be used until today when we were leaving. We ended up spending money at a water park. The home was not very clean upon our arrival. There are no comforters on the beds so the home had to be kept warmer at night. The couch upstairs had sunflowers seeds in and on it. The neighborhood was nice and clean.

Amazing Property with easy access to all the major Parks and restaurants
We absolutely loved this property. Within Driving distance of all the major parks, and restaurants, and has many onsite amenities. The house was super clean and spacious. The pool was nice and warm. Property management was super responsive to us when it came to check-out procedures. Check in was easy and quick. This is a much better alternative to staying at a hotel. For the same price for a few nights at a hotel, rent this whole 7-bedroom house for 7 days. Enough room for everyone to spread out. My family was very happy here and we will be staying here again very soon. Thanks again to Florida Scandi for allowing us to stay here.

The listing lived up to our expectations, however we were told if possible we’d be able to enter the property early if the cleaning crew was done but when we arrived we were not allowed to enter and had to wait an hour outside while no one was there. Besides that we had a great stay

Just as described
The house is large and clean exactly as described. The clubhouse pool is smaller than it looks in pictures and the restaurant and bar don’t open til 11 am. The home is located about 2-3 miles away from most stores and restaurants. We paid for pool heating but it wasn’t fully operational when we arrived and the pump had a malfunction so heat was minimal and the pump made a loud noise all week. Overall great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Wonderful "Framily" Vacation
Our two families stayed for a week and had a blast! There was plenty of space to hang out together and have room to relax. The house seemed bigger than we had anticipated from the pictures, which is a huge positive. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, which was already warmed to perfection upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

Well laid out house for a large groups with all the basic necessities. Has some small 'dings and scuffs' that I would expect from a house that gets frequent use from vacationers. Convenient location to major theme parks.

We enjoyed the property at 8933 Rhodes St. The pool and hot tub were used often! Communication with the property management office was very good with two very minor issues addressed very quickly. The home is very clean and everything works in the home. The only thing that I did not care for was the close proximity of the homes and loud noises from the "neighbors" at night. This didn't really take away from us enjoying the property but it was annoying.

Nice layout, pool; could use a few basics though
This was a very nice, large home in a nice neighborhood. The water park area was a hit. The pool and hot tub were nice. It is an easy drive to Disney, we went to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom and it was about 20 - 30 min depending on traffic. We were disappointed that there were not more basic amenities provided, such as an adequate amount of towels and silverware for 12 people. The kitchen has enough plates and bowls, but was lacking on other basic items/accessories to really make this a workable kitchen for large groups. There were minimal other complementary items at check in, such as toilet paper, dish soap for sink and dishwasher, salt and pepper, etc. No one had collected the trash before we checked in and it was quite odorous. All of the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. There is a limit of 5 cars that can be parked overnight, and the gate code that was provided never worked, so getting in and out was a hassle.
