We stayed here 6 nights and the experience was just awful, some of the staff members are so arrogant and so rude have no decency to say good morning, or even smile. But i would like to say that the men there are very polite and help you in every way they can. We did not know that they have a company policy of cleaning the rooms every 3 days since every other hotel we’ve stayed at clean them everyday, and when we went down to talk to the receptionist she was so rude about it and was barely even wanting to help us. Breakfast is horrible, and the first day we checked in we saw our room and our sheets were filled with hair on them from the other customers staying the night, so if possible please STAY AWAY from this hotel and just spend the extra buck!

It was just what my daughters and I needed for our one night stay from cruise to Orlando airport. Staff was nice, gym and pool during the summer. Free shuttle to the airport.

Latoya at check-in was fantastic. The property recently changed brands, so the temporary sign was unnerving for us. We were very surprised by the look inside, although dated, it appeared that ownership was spending some money tmoneyto i l gradeverything.

It was okay for one night, we left early in the morning to go to airport. The shuttle was about 10 minutes late picking us up and the driver was demanding a tip from us but we didn’t have any cash on us. The pool doesn’t look like the pictures, paint chipping all over the pool deck which we didn’t mind. But the water in the pool was pretty dirty. Our room was okay but the shower had rust in it and just didn’t feel very clean. We also had them give a key to our room to someone else, someone opened our door while we were in the room. Same thing happened to my mom but they gave her a key to a room that was already occupied.

The hotel is undergoing renovations as they changeover from Best Western to Sonesta but this doesn’t hinder its functionality. The staff was very friendly.

Last Resort
We stayed here one night prior to our flight out of Orlando after being in Indian Rocks Beach. All I can say is: spend the extra $30 or $40 bucks and find something better. Really rundown and the pool is super dirty. All of the bedding was really over used, dingy, and felt a tad scummy. I opted to sleep in sweats and a long sleeved shirt in August, in Florida, because of it. The shuttle to the airport was one of the reason we selected this hotel but it was running 15 minutes late with no notice to us even though we were asked to be present 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time ( we were present and waiting in the lobby) and we ended up just asking and were just brushed off with ‘he’s running late’. To top it off, the driver was super pushy about tipping to more than one person in our party.
