We had a very pleasant stay here at this property. For my birthday girls weekend it had everything we needed and it was close to pretty much everything. Great staff at check in and check out. We would definitely go back.

Hotel was nice until our room was full of roaches in the shower and on the floor by the beds. Disgusting. As someone who comes to Orlando once a month with my family I will never stay at this hotel again.

In my room 204 i found food on the flooe and in thw xomming morning i found a cockroach and reported to the reception and they promise me to reimburse one night and looks like this will not happen... I have pictures

We go to Orlando area a few times a year and for years have used pretty much one go-to motel, but due to loss of regular maid service and not being as comfortable, we had to choose another hotel. Spark was our new choice and we are very happy we did. The beds were very comfortable and room was very clean!

I’ve been staying at this location since before it was a spark. It was still a Holiday Inn overall condition of the location and improved since Hilton took over but the service went downhill when first got there to check in front desk person seen like he absolutely hated being there clean Bed was so uncomfortable. I barely was able to sleep. Also, the AC would not get very cool so hot. Also they’re supposed to offer a complementary breakfast which is also one of the reasons I stayed here we got up to go get breakfast so-called complementary breakfast they offered was cereal , that is all before I have stayed here they always offered eggs, bacon sausage, pancakes, waffles A full on breakfast I was very disappointed to discover that has changed. Not sure if I will stay here anymore.
