The staff wasn’t friendly. There was a private party on the rooftop until 11pm. The music was extremely loud. I asked the front desk near 10pm if it could be lowered so I can sleep, I was told it’s a private party and there’s nothing they can do. Most properties have quiet hours but I guess not this hotel. The overall experience since I checked in was bad including being misinformed about having access to their rooftop which was why I booked. After I checked in I was told it’s restricted to private use and they refused to let me immediately cancel my reservation.

Location and price were the main reasons we picked this place and the room was comfy and clean Lobby staff was very friendly. Few steps away there’s a Greenwood store, KFC, IHOP, Burlington and more.

Great location horrible staff

Front desk staff is horrible, regretted my stay here . Would not recommend. Rooms smell musty. Location however is good and the beds were comfortable.
