We liked the giant Christmas tree and chocolate decorations at the entryway. We disliked that social media showed several Christmas related events that upon arrival were not available Monday through Thursday, so we felt jipped of a resort experience.

"Worst experience ever. The front desk staff was unhelpful and failed to provide detailed information about the stay. Hidden fees were charged without any prior mention, only revealed after booking the nights. On top of that, parking is not complimentary—it’s paid. Breakfast is outrageously expensive for what’s offered. This place lacks transparency and customer care. I will definitely not be returning."
