Horrible
Smelled horrible. Like a perfume trying to cover up mold and must. Rooms were crusty. Blood stain on floor that freaked me out. Half ass no good tub repairs and whole place just smelled awful. Had to wait 15 min at checkin while lady dealt with an upset person on phone. We were only people there, no line but waited and listened to conversation for 15 minutes so we could check in. Very unprofessional.

Underneath the A/C was dripping water and ended up making both of the rooms I rented for my family absolutely smell terribly! We realized it was the same in all the rooms. Most likely growing mold under the carpet at this point. NOT HAPPY!

Certain lights in the room will not working. Air conditioner at the window was leaking onto the carpet. The thermostat on the wall did not control the AC and it was too cold.

The lobby had an oder that smelled like a dirty mop. The rooms are in much need of updating. The tiolet in our room(OMG)had stool build up around the rim of the bowl. The room smelled moldy, so was the curtains visually seem.Overall the hotel needs a total renovation.

Worst hotel in Orlando
The cleaning was terrible. There were cockroaches in the room and the bed sheets were dirty. They said they would charge a fee of USD 15,00 and they charged two fees. I have a USD 50,00 charge on my credid card. I feel like I was robbed. At 11:00 am they kept pressuring me to leave the room. I had a terrible experience.

When I arrived for my stay they had no office chair so I requested one at the front desk. Then when they checked me into the room there were bed bugs, closet rails had rust on them. Dirty elevator. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. Do not stay here.

Hotel was inflexible, front desk lady at check-in was rude, and there was no indication on their site about the “resort” fee and security deposit. The hotel is also very dated. Thankfully, I live nearby so I could wait to shower at home the following day.
