Cleanliness can be better
We stayed in a standard double Queen room. The floors were beyond dirty. Within 2 minutes of walking around, our feet were black. There was also hair and dirt not picked up in the bathroom. We complained the next morning and requested room service. When we returned, the room smelled clean and floors were in better condition.

Property is shabby at best. Toilet bowl has streaks like it’s not been cleaned. We paid $25 for early check in and another gst was given keys to our room. We advised front desk, they weren’t even contrite. There’s definitely a “don’t give a damn” attitude. The apology was pathetic which demonstrates a la k of understanding to the safety issue among others. I don’t expect the same service as at the Four Seasons but I do expect the basics! Thank God we’re only here one night!!!! Would not recommend which is sad b:c location is great

The hotel was not in as good condition as the pictures indicated. First night the toilet overflowed, bathoom was small, mattress was hard. Overall, the hotel need a complete renovation.

Dembo family I am impressed about the positive can do attitude of Jeff the front customer service agent. He was able to resolve my transportation challenge when all hope was almost lost. He relentlessly tried until all was ok. As a staff Hilton for 21 yrs ( head of training), i recognise great hand when i ser one - Jeff is such. Generally you have staff are great. I will repeat my visit to the inn when next i am in orlando
