Should’ve read and listened to the other reviews. This place was dirty, did not feel safe, and the staff were not friendly. The halls were dark and dingy. The room had a weird smell. The chair had some sort of sticky substance all over it, and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. There were brown stains on one of the pillows. Went down to the desk to get a new pillow and the lady disappeared for a solid 5 minutes and came back huffing and puffing. Where did she go to get the pillows? The pool and hot tub were freezing, couldn’t use. The appearance of the hotel in the outside was very poor. Not what the pictures show at all. There was zero hot water when I took a shower. The breakfast was just ok. Kids did like the Mickey waffles. The breakfast room was so uncomfortably hot, we had to leave. We will not be staying here again.

The worst place ever, a black man working in the kitchen ruined our vacation in the first 10 minutes of our stay, next time I will pay an extra $40 to choose a better hotel, been saving a couple years for this vacation and took this black man 10 minutes to ruin it, I will never forget it, please stay away from this place , ps the hotel has a dirty carpet that you can smell when you get to the floors and inside my room, plus the sheets were dirty, the fridge doesn’t work, doesn’t even have a hook up to charge the phone

Checked in Friday afternoon. Staff did not inform us that they had a hot water problem. One of their two boilers for hot water was broken. No hot water for shower on Saturday. Spoke to the manager on Saturday morning and she said that they had a boiler issue, and it would be fixed Saturday afternoon. After returning to the hotel Saturday night at 10:00 pm and wanting to take a shower, but again no hot water. Spoke with the manager again and she stated that there was nothing she could except refund my money and check out. Check out at 10:00 pm on a Saturday and find another hotel? Staff was terrible. Hotel was filthy and outdated. Needs to be torn down and completely rebuilt. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

For the price I guess it was ok. Including breakfast. But the place need TLC outside and some areas inside. Bed,elevators When we arrived the person at the counter was really nice. After that no one at the counter will say good morning or even look at you. The ladies at the bread stand station were very polite and with at smile. Looking forward to get what you needed. As I said for the price it was ok.

Close to the parks

For off Disney property, its close to the parks. For the price of this hotel it offers free parking and free breakfast cant beat this value. Rooms are quite large compared to regular hotel rooms and clean. Great hotel for a quick getaway trip to the parks.

The bathrooms in the lobby were filthy. There was a dog on our floor that howled half the night. The water was lukewarm in our room. It never got hot. So we took cold showers for our stay. Everything seemed old and dated. I wouldn’t stay again. The location was great, close to Disney and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The breakfast area seemed very clean.

Staff was good. The only problem I had an issue with was there was no wifi, unless when I checked in the staff did not give it to me. And the key cards were VERY sensitive. My boyfriend had to get us 2 new cards made as the cards deactivated the next morning. Otherwise, this was affordable and convenient. I also liked the mini breakfast buffet they offered.

Stay away from this Hotel. Rooms are as nasty as they can be. My bed sheet were stain and old. Got changed to a different room and it was not any better. Hotel charged me $100 a couple ours after check-out claiming that I stained a Towel, when everything on this hotel is stained and old. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Very noisy, music blaring outside of window at pool, toilet would hardly flush, shower did not get hot, bed is old and needs to be replaced, outside of hotel very run down, landscaping has not been kept up. Pond in front is run down. Would not stay here again and we always choose Comfort Inn and Suites. This is the worst one we have stayed at.

Great stay for quick family get-a-way

It was exactly what we needed. Close to good restraunts. I loved that they have a shuttle service for free to the parks. There is also a ticket booth for seaworld/disney tickets in the lobby! Great service and location. Was not disappointed!
