LOVE our stay amazing experience highly recommended beds bathroom and cleaning service every day complete breakfast customer service was amazing attendance was 5 star the only thing was the kitchen inside the rooms are way to small for long stays there isn't a faucet to wash dishes had to clean inside the bathroom and a small fridge that we couldnt put a galon of milk and sodas .

We had 2 queens and a pull out couch for 4 people. Room was very spacious, breakfast had many options and the front desk was friendly. You can kinda tell that the rooms are a little older by the bathroom but it got the job done

The property, staff, and food was good, and the pool was nice. Parking was filled most nights as it is shared with nearby hotels. The only negative is that the room my family and I stayed in had bed bugs. My wife and daughter got bitten a few times and were left with a lot of bumps on their bodies. I would not stay there again.

the only thing i would have liked to be different was breakfast time. we were unable to have breakfast because it doesnt start until 7am and this is when the shared shuttle leaves for universal. if you are not going to park early or using shuttle this is not a problem.

Amazing staff, super accommodating, sparkling clean spacious rooms! Breakfast was outstanding with more variety than I ever experienced at other hotels and the food quality was superb! Free parking was an absolute bonus! This hotel is a hidden gem at a fraction of the price of other hotels. We came here after being booked at the Hampton Inn for 5 nights leaving after one night as our room was dirty with worn out beds and furniture in it. This place and the staff made up for all the bad of our Hampton Inn experience. Thank you Comfort Suites for turning our trip around! We loved your hotel and the staff. You all made our stay perfect and it exceeded our expectations.
