We stayed there before a cruise for 2 days and had it booked for 3 days after the cruise and figured it is what it is and we searched out better places for our next visit. We had to leave Orlando in rush 3 days early to an emergency at home and when we talked to them about canceling the last 2 days they said no they would not agree to refunding 2 days of fees. Don’t stay here the service was terrible, the place is run down, they will do what they can to keep your money for nothing. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.

On the listing it states that they have an airport shuttle, what they actually have is one that is shared with multiple hotels. So we could not use the 6:00 am shuttle like we asked, nor the 5:00 am shuttle. They stated both of these time slots were full and they only offer trips every hour. The airport shuttle was the reason we chose this hotel, we ended up having to Uber to get to the airport.

It is very unfortunate that the shuttle driver was the worst, rudest and ignorant service staff I have ever met. I GAVE THE HOTEL 5 STARS, because the hotel shouldnt necessarily be punished for the actions of 1 staff, but he was despicable! It was to both us and the three other families riding that day.

Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. Staff was quick to accommodate our requests for extra blanket and replacement sheets and answers to our questions. We enjoyed the hot breakfast which had some nice options when we thought it was only a ‘continental’ breakfast but it really was a full breakfast. Good room for the size.

Very disappointed in the staff. We had to leave because of a hurricane and they wanted us to price Robbed us because they could do that, they said people are coming here cuz a hurricane and we can do that! We allowed too

Room was clean , however my $50.00 deposit which was to be a hold on my credit card instead they actually processed a charge and then refunded it after I checked out, I lost money in the exchange rate. Another hotel only put a hold so I did not lose money. Arrived at 10pm, water with lemon was empty of water and no avaliablity to get a hot coffee or hot chocolate.
