**Important:** A non-refundable resort access fee of $20 per stay is required, covering one vehicle or rideshare access; each additional vehicle incurs an extra non-refundable $20 fee.

HOUSEKEEPING

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING
• Limit of 6 cars per property per day.
• After security confirms the reservation, guests proceed to the Clubhouse during business hours to
complete a Guest Registration form and obtain their Parking Permit and Gate Pass.
• The permit and gate pass must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times while on resort
property.
CLUBHOUSE
• Clubhouse facilities including Gym, Internet Cafe, free WiFi, Meeting room and Arcade are available from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm daily to all registered guests.
• Emerald Island Resort has two pool facilities available to all registered guests. The main pool is off of the Clubhouse and the other one is among the townhomes. Access to the pool near townhomes is possible through a gate that has an access code which can be obtained from the Clubhouse or Guardhouse.
• Principle elements of Emerald Island Resort include natural environmental elements such as walking trails, water fountains, conservation areas, and wildlife. Please do not approach, feed or otherwise disturb the wildlife. While pretty to see, some of the wildlife may be dangerous.
TRASH
• The resort strongly promotes a recycling program and encourages all guests to recycle.
• Recyclables (cardboard, glass, paper, plastic, and metal) should be placed loosely in the yellow-top container.
• Recycling Pickup:
- Clubhouse personnel will move recycling containers to the curbside on Thursday for Friday pickup.
- They will return the containers to the side of the home after pickup.
- Guests are not required to move the containers back and forth.
- Please ensure all recyclable items are placed in the containers by Thursday.
• Regular Trash Disposal:
- Trash must be properly bagged in a minimum 13-gallon bag and placed in the trash bins.
- Do not use shopping bags for trash.
- Ensure there are no loose or unbagged items in the trash bins.
• Trash Pickup:
- Clubhouse personnel will move trash bins to the curbside on Sunday for Monday pickup.
- They will return the bins to the side of the home after pickup.
- Guests are not required to move the bins back and forth.
- Please place all trash in the bins by Sunday.
• Large Items or Excess Trash:
- Any large items or excess trash that cannot fit in the bins should be taken to the compactor near
the tennis courts.
- Avoid using the compactor during late evening hours to avoid disturbing nearby guests.
• Important Trash Rules:
- Ensure the trash bin is kept clean and free from debris.
- Bags should not be left on the street or outside the bin.
- Excessive trash must be taken to the compactor.
- The garbage container must be fully closed to avoid critters accessing the bags.
- Trash bins must not be rolled or stored on the street.
• Valet Trash Service:
- Do not wheel bins to the curb, as the valet trash service will pick them up directly from the side of your house.
