Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.

Wonderful Stay!!
Fantastic long weekend stay (4 nights) at a well appointed house. Everything was comfortable and I love how Terry has gone above and beyond to create QR codes around the house to let you know how things work. Overall, it checked all the boxes for us and everything worked as it should! Very quiet and backs up to a nature preserve where we got to witness a ton of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very beautiful. Great location, about 20 mins from disney and half hour from universal. Down the road from walmart and gas stations! My son uses a wheelchair and it was great for him. He was able to go anywhere in the house, even out back on the pool deck! Would recommend a hand held shower head for easier use. Overall a great house. Will be staying here again.

My family had a great two night stay. Terry was very helpful and available at all times of the day. We lost power one night but Terry was able to communicate how to restore it. My boys loved swimming in the pool and hot tub. Location was excellent and close to everything.

Our stay was great. Had everything we needed. Hurricane Milton put a wrench in things but, the owner and property manager were easily accessible and helpful with questions. All instructions are very straight forward, easy to follow, and very reasonable.

Fabulous Villa in quiet residential location
A perfect villa for our stay with friends. We all enjoyed the fabulous showers and made good use of the well equipped kitchen, there's even a great coffee machine. The pool and outdoor seating area is wonderful. Book this property if you're a nature lover as it backs onto Shingle Creek nature reserve.

Perfect stay!
This was such a great home for our large family of 7! We felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, yet not far from everything we needed during our stay! Terry makes it easy to find information quickly on how to operate things in the home, down to the sliding glass door blinds. All you have to do is scan the various QR codes around the home and you get a pleasant instructional video! We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning next year!

Perfect location
We chose this location as we had days planned at both Disney and Universal. This VRBO is located right in the middle so it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic no matter which park we were going to. The heated pool was the perfect temp (our stay was filled with cooler days)! Communication with Terry was a breeze and my one request was immediately taken care of. The reminders for trash/recycling was so handy, because I definitely would have forgotten - and nobody wants trash sitting for weeks! Lately I’ve been hearing tons of horror stories of VRBOs canceling days before trips and I was worried - so so glad we booked with Terry so we had nothing to worry about!! We’re already planning another trip and will be staying here again! This time with the whole fam!
