The room, bed and pillows very comfortable, and the pool was pleasing although i would have liked more free-standing umbrellas for shade. Breakfast had cold and hot options. One of the two elevators have been out of service for at least 8 days. Staff were polite and helpful.

The room was nice and clean and the location is very close to MCO but I've never stayed at a hotel where you could not close the room darkening curtains (they didn't have a track at all) and there was no blow dryer in the room.

It was fine. One night before an early flight. The bed was pretty comfortable. It was pretty clean. The front desk employees were not particularly courteous or friendly, but whatever.

Room is very musty smelling. The first lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. First hotel I've been to that charges for parking. Can only early check-in of you pay an additional $30, anytime before 3. Pool was decent but both it and the hot tub needed screened.

I wasn't pleased at all with the stay at this hotel. My daughter and I stayed for 4 days and not once did housekeeping bring up towels/washcloths or check to see if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to physically go downstairs, get them ourselves and make our own beds. On top of that, the shower water was cold and the carpets were drastically stained. Then to also add, one of their elevators was temporarily unavailable so it took forever to get up and down the floor levels. Breakfast was decent BUT they had a hard time making sure there was enough food out and available for everyone. Will not be vacationing here anymore.

Ok overnight stay
Mediocre hotel. Needs updating. Check in clerk was great. Room did not have hand towels and there were used washcloths left in shower. Location was great because it was close to the airport, had a free shuttle although it took an hour for him to pick us up and had several restaurants nearby.

I wish somebody would have answered the phone when I called for the free shuttle, I had to pay $14 to get there from the airport. The staff was friendly but told me the wrong information about the shuttle to the cruise port. The shuttle information should be posted to help the guest better.

Everything looks okay but breakfast is nothing. No sausage, beacons. Breakfast is the same everyday. I stayed there from Thursday to Monday. The room wasn’t not cleaned because they clean at the every third day. Which I have never heard of. So weird. Three of us stayed in one room and we got hand towers S bath towels. There were not enough hair shampoo so I went to ask for more. The front desk girl who is younger and has black hair was ruined.
