This was a wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay again. I come down to Orlando quite often at least three times a year. my dislike about the hotel is there’s no parking for a guest to come over. I had a friend that lives in Orlando stop by to say hi and hang out a little and he had to park in the mall parking lot across. Very disappointing besides that it was wonderful all your staff is so friendly.

I am not sure if I want to stay with your company anymore, definitely not this location. However, we feel that you are a great company. You have been our choice, we do not even compare with others, go straight to you even when we go through Expedia, which you definitely penalize us for going through a third party. We trade on Amazon, and do suffer from the platform's fees, I am sure we pay more to Amazon that you pay to Expedia, and we do not penalize our buyers. Earlier, we stayed with you in DC area, they gave my cousin free water, and we did not get any, we were told because we went through Expedia!!! And yesterday they added charges that we were not told about before. No lobby! Monetizing space and the air we breathe in this location lol. Only if it hasn't been for your great staff and happy faces... Starbucks is complicit in donating to and supporting genocide. You do not know how upsetting and feeling stuck when we're a captive audience to a Starbucks inside our Hotel, I am paying money not to contribute in Starbucks's CEO's political views, spare us and fire them. Any coffee will be better. NYSE Starbucks stock AND sales dumped due to their political activities. Please fix the above. We do love and prefer you over others who are complicit and are boycotted. Marriott's is NOT boycotted. Together, we can work it out and still think that the Marriott's staff are THE best trained service providers in USA. Thank you,

We found cockroach in the kitchen cabinet they change the room but either the other room was not what I was expecting the handle of the shower was coming off , the shower head also was loose seems that the bulging needs maintenance.. I was really surprise as this is not the fist time I stay in a courtyard Marriott. Also here you need to pay parking $25 each night and it’s self parking so don’t understand in the other properties never pay. The location is great as is close to everything but need to invest in fixing things.

False advertisement. Pictures used to advertise property is totally different. Smell coming from the toilet is terrible and we had to purchase disinfectant to try keep down the smell. Dog pee all over the carpet in the entryway and housekeeping act as if they were unbothered. It's more of a motel and not a hotel. Whoever rate it 10/10 got paid are just nasty.

The property was in a convenient location. Staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean. I like that you need a room key for the elevator and gate entrance. The only issue is the breakfast, OMG it is absolutely horrendous for that price and you can’t get takeout. It would also be nice to have hand sanitizer near by since the closest bathroom isn’t close to the restaurant.

I really like the room we got very comfortable and roomie. What I didn’t like about the breakfast server she sat us down, we went to get the food, we took a couple trips to bring food to the table and when we came back she had thrown away everything we had served. Her name is Beatriz. She knew who we were because she sat us down and there were only 2-3 tables with people eating, we hadn’t taken a bite of the food and she threw it away. We had to go get more food.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First, the housekeeping was abysmal. Towels were never refreshed despite multiple requests; one dirty towel, clearly marked with makeup stains, was rehung as if it were clean. Bed linens were equally neglected. After one of our children had an accident, we stripped the bed to make things easier for the staff. Shockingly, they simply picked the soiled sheets off the ground and put them right back on the bed. The room itself was damp and musty the entire time, creating an unpleasant, sticky atmosphere. To make things worse, we found silverfish crawling in our belongings—they even got into our clothes. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. As if that weren’t enough, they decided to throw away a half-full box of doughnuts we had set aside carefully, further disregarding our personal items. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the disregard for guests’ needs were appalling. Save yourself the disappointment and find a place that actually cares about cleanliness and service.
