Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First, the housekeeping was abysmal. Towels were never refreshed despite multiple requests; one dirty towel, clearly marked with makeup stains, was rehung as if it were clean. Bed linens were equally neglected. After one of our children had an accident, we stripped the bed to make things easier for the staff. Shockingly, they simply picked the soiled sheets off the ground and put them right back on the bed. The room itself was damp and musty the entire time, creating an unpleasant, sticky atmosphere. To make things worse, we found silverfish crawling in our belongingsā€”they even got into our clothes. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. As if that werenā€™t enough, they decided to throw away a half-full box of doughnuts we had set aside carefully, further disregarding our personal items. I wouldnā€™t recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the disregard for guestsā€™ needs were appalling. Save yourself the disappointment and find a place that actually cares about cleanliness and service.

Everything looked like it had been recently updated. New carpet wallpaper etc. super clean. Nice dining options just across the street. The breakfast buffet was not good and was $40 for 2. Same breakfast you get included at other hotels for free.

Nice hotel. Excessive charges and overbilling
They were accommodating and extended our stay during a hurricane. Though over billed for the room. Still waiting on the credit. The bartender billed to the room food purchased with cash. They have cameras right above the transaction area yet seemed unwilling to view. The suite itself was nice, clean, though set up for 2 people. There were 3 in our group. So somewhat annoying to have to chase someone down for extra towels and paper cup and coffee. Overall the hotel was nice, accommodating and clean. I personally would not stay there again due to the billing issues and the time it is taking to resolve the issues. Time is a valuable thing and having to wait 40 minutes to even speak to a manager is excessive. I'll pass on this one next time.

Fantastic!
Our stay during Hurricane Milton was a great experience for an awful weather event. The staff was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. From now on when I visit Orlando I will be staying there for the foreseeable future. Great work and keep up the good work. Thank you for all the employees at the hotel.

Buffet breakfast for extra $15 was delicious. One pool was closed during stay. My boys played Cornhole but could only find one bean bag. Housekeeping took a while to provide more towels. Only had 3 towels for 6 people. Parking was $23 a night. I liked the bar for ordering pizza and drinks. Shower door did not closes. I told management twice.
