We arrived at 4pm to check in, the front desk lady was not friendly at all and very frustrated told me that there were no rooms cleaned. We left and came back after 10 pm, the same lady with her same unfriendly and frustrated attitude told us that she only had rooms in the first floor and continued complaining about the horrible day she was having in the hotel. Dreadful service, the only reason I don't give a 1 star is because on Saturday for breakfast, the lady was very friendly and happy, our breakfast at the hotel was great, then on Sunday for our check out, the 2 ladies that assisted me with questions on my bill were also very friendly and even though they couldn't give me a good explanation for the problem, they were still nice and friendly.

Great location, great staff. Only thing that I could possibly complain about - and don't laugh - is the really efficient toilets are really loud. So this meant there were mystery noises throughout the night as others flushed. Everything else is so great I would stay there again no problem.

Room is pretty clean. Staffs could be more friendly. They are okay but as hospitality staffs. friendly should be a first impression. Our bathroom's shower door only covers half of the shower section so water splashes outside making the bathroom floor very wet and unsafe at times.

Very comfortable
The beds were very comfortable, the glass shower was a plus something I always look for when booking a hotel room. The ambiance down stairs with the Fire and Water feature is very nice especially on a cool night.
