A big no for me...
Breakfast is horrible. Do not waste your money. I Had to buy my own milk. Debit card was taken along with other things after it was stated in Spanish to not touch the bed. I will not be returning....

The hotel is actually very nice but they have a steep and unexpected $75 resort and 'incidental' fee. Also rooms are connecting with paper thin doors and you can hear everything in the other room. Could not sleep past 6am because the room next door was up and about. Not staying here again.

Not up to usual Crowne Plaza standards. Pool is nice and kids loved the waterslides. Aircon is very noisy. Close to Disney parks and plenty of food options nearby.

It’s 14 mins away from Disney Land and other incredible attractions. Very clean and staff are helpful. They have daily transportation for famous attractions. The swimming pool is awesome with a cavelike slide and a waterfall. The kids had a blast.

Will never stay there again. First of all I called the front desk to request for my room too be cleaned when I step out for a few hours, when I got back to my room it wasn’t cleaned so I had to call down again. Then finally they clean my room on top of that the maid left my door unlocked. I called and complained to the front desk. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Which is a very big deal because that effects my safety.

Staff were really nice and helpful when I had to modify my reservation because of Hurricane Helene. I had booked through orbitz but the property adjusted my reservation. The rooms were a little outdated and old. There was a lot of moisture in the air in the rooms.

So disappointing....Crowne Plaza....what a disappointment. Extra charge for a resort fee, and yet cannot provide hot water for a morning shower. Welcome to the third world at Orlando's CROWN PLAZA. I deserve a refund --- it's no resort. Stay away.

The room was wonderful and spacious with a good size closed and a balcony with chairs. The bathroom was a bit cramped considering all the open space of the entry way in front of it. The walls were very thin and we could clearly hear someone throwing up in the next room. The Hotels.com app advised there would be a $66 charge when checking in but it was actually $100, then the $50 deposit fee and the free parking wasn't actually free. The location was great and convenient to the Disney Parks and food options not on Disney property.
