Not worth the money!!
The property was old .The room had a weird odor and the furniture was peeling and outdated. The lights outside the bulding didn't work so it was very dark getting to the room. There was random sketchy people hanging around and will approach you as soon as you park the car. It felt unsafe but the lady at the front desk was nice she changed my room multiple times to try to make feel safer. I payed $104.00 for 1 night due to canceled flight definitely a waste of money!

Terrible! Place is torn apart. Most of the hotel is closed down. Staff was no help at all. I was told by the staff that the plumbing wasn’t working. Walked out of the place and found another hotel and now I’m being told that I can’t get a refund.

Stated they have a shuttle and they don’t. Pool was not open. Room smelt like old wet dog and smoke. Only cold water for a shower. I thought it was a good deal for being a Wyndham property but apparently they have not taken it over yet as I would never stay there again. I had a reservation booked for one more day when I returned but canceled that and took the hit of not getting my money back. I would rather pay double and take the hit then go back again. 1st lady was very nice at the desk but that was the only employee that was.

Stay away from this rubbish hotel
Floor carpet was greecy and sticky . You can’t move without slippers, bed sheets were not clean and requested to change room or change bedsheets. The guy at counter was very rude and just said why you stayed cheep hotel. Change rooms is not our policy. Once you checked no cancellation no change. He gave me other bedsheets and those were not clean and smelling. I didn’t slept whole night and my wife and son slept over my shoulders. The main mistake I did that i just checked in took the key and went out for new year celebration. Once we came back at 2am at the time i was not able to move in different hotel. Please please stay away from this hotel or check room situation before check in.

The microwave was very dirty and rusty all over inside. The bathroom door was also not closing properly. When you opened the door the door was sticking to the toilet and was leaking water. The lamps were also not working properly. The fridge had foods and drinks that were left by previous guests.

When I booked my stay for myself and my child, the listing indicated that there was a pool and other amenities that seemed promising. Upon checking in, I was told by the guy at the front desk that the pool was inaccessible and the tv in my room was not working. He could not provide a time frame for either issue to be rectified. I later came to realize that the tv was not working because the internet connection for that particular room was non-existent (another more helpful front desk worker advised me the next day that this a known issue with that and other corner rooms, as a beam was blocking the wifi signal), which made it practically impossible to utilize the streaming services for the tv. So no tv, internet or pool access... My stay was to be for two weeks and my son was bored out of his mind by the first day and a half. I kept reporting the wifi and tv issues to the different receptionists on duty, some very approachable (for example, Angie, thanks a million), the rest badly in need of customer service training. They eventually assigned me to another room, which resolved the internet problem. This room was also much better kept than previous one. Housekeeping was acceptable, but they did not come by as often the listing for the hotel would lead one to believe, so I found myself taking out trash on days when they did not visit just to keep the room presentable. All in all, not terrible but there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Worst service ever
I would like to express my concerns regarding our recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the cleaning staff member, Yaris, unfortunately lacks the necessary qualifications to work in the hospitality industry. It's not merely a matter of language comprehension; it reflects on a person's ability to provide good service. We are here for six days and only require three fresh bath towels every day for my family. When I went to the hotel hallway, bringing used bath towels and politely requesting Yaris to exchange towels for three new ones, I received a look of overt disgust, and she said, "No," providing only one towel instead. This was my first experience with a hotel staff member who appeared so rude. Additionally, we encountered several maintenance issues, including the absence of a rod for the toilet paper holder, a toilet that hardly flushes appropriately, and an unsettling presence of tiny bugs—at least twenty of them—on the walls. Regrettably, we will not choose this hotel for our future visits to Orlando. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these service and maintenance issues so that future guests do not have a similar experience during their holiday.

Spectacular employees, but needs updating.
The TV and the wi-fi was not working at the time. Rooms need updating. The carpet needs to be replaced and the accesories, such as lamps(they are a little rusty). The employees are very friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, it needs to have more variety.

Arrived about 3:40 checked into room 233 The lights over the vanity was not working. And there was no remote for the TV and there was no towels. I advised the front desk. Later I called the front desk twice that I needed towels. She said housekeeping would bring them. They didn't bring them. Then I laid down on the bed and discovered there was blood on the blanket. About 5:45 pm I called the front desk about no towels and the blood on the blanket. They told me I would have to come and get the towels and the blanket. I let them know I could not walk over because it was dark outside. They said they could not help me. About 6:01 pm housekeeping came to my room with two towels and no wash cloth. I showed them the blanket with the blood and they took it away. At 6:08 pm they returned with a clean blanket.
