The rooms were very dirty, the free breakfast was cold and unappealing. There seemed to be some undesirable dealings going on outside in the parking lot. I needed to remove my employees from this establishment and seek other, safer, cleaner accommodations. I cannot recommend this location and won't return.

The room was dirty, smell. On the floor is unevent and broken. The AC was not good as well, sometime thier was on sleep mode too long time. On and off temperature. The bathroom very much dirty. The bar soap from last guest still in the bathroom not clean yet. Breakfast is not many choices.

The room I was in was disgusting. Floor cracked, bedframe rusty, sheets stained.. just overall horrible. I guess it’s true what they say, you get what you pay for.

Needed a last minute stay and this was all that was available. Never again. Looks like they tried to do a renovation but it was half done at best. Paint job was horrible. Paint was all over the outlet and plug coners and floor in some places. They took out the kitchen and ot was a large empty space. It had the old oven plug exposed. That could be very dangerous if we had little kids. The floors looked new but were cracked in some aread and felt lile there was a hole in the floor. There were 3 different baseboards, old tile in the bathroom, the old carpet baseboard in the bedroom and a 3rd kind in the old kitchen area. The beds were ok, not great. The blankets and pillows were terrible. They were so thin and 3 layers felt like one at best. We were only staying one night so not a big deal but would not stay again unless desperate. I willnsay we felt safe and it did feel clean, just not worth over $100 per night. Maybe $50..... maybe

This has been the dirtiest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel. I paid almost $200 for the night, not worth it at all. Hotels take advantage of parents that are trying to move their kids to college. Not fair!

The beds were comfortable but there were no blankets or comforters -just very thin sheets and the pillows were completely mushy. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The ac didn’t work great so it was warm. There were people right outside our door at midnight and up until 2 am talking loudly and at times screaming.

This was a horrible experience See photos of the dirty room I was traveling with my handicap mother and the room I booked and paid for was not available This hotel doesn't have rooms that I booked and should never have been advertised that they did We had to leave, we didn't return to the hotel And believe we should have been refunded, but weren't. They offered to clean the room, we decided to just didn't trust them Guests in the room next to us were smoking in their room and it was bad

I don't know if it was Expedia or Quality Inn & Suites mess up. I tried for days through Expedia to cancel this reservation and on Expedia it still kept coming up. But when I would call the hotel they would say they didn't show a reservation for me. I didn't even go and still got charged. And then the hotel I did go to through Expedia was having glitches that day because of the outage. So while I waited for my room for three hours I happened to notice other people getting rooms. The staff behind the desk wasn't keeping track of people and were giving out only King rooms which was what I had reserved anyway! Total mess. Very disappointed as I only get that one night every two weeks and Expedia/hotels tried me last weekend.

The air conditioner wasn’t working in my room. Then they switched my room and the room had roaches on the bed. And also it was an incident that happened next door to our new room blood and glass was everywhere. Just terrible, dirty, and unsafe environment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
