Welcome to our Florida Retreat! This beautiful 1856 sq ft townhome is situated in the amazing, full service, gated community of Regal Palms Resort. Come create magical memories in our delightful home! We are situated just a short 3 minutes from all the clubhouse amenities and pool. Also a short 20 minutes away is the entrance to the Disney Parks, and in the plaza a block away is the Publix Grocery store and other shopping and restaurants.

We have currently updated and renovated many of the rooms, new carpet and paint throughout, and new appliances. There are 2 parking spots right outside. Our home has a full size washer and dryer with all laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. In home WiFi and long distance calling throughout the US and Canada.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, and stocked kitchen, just like home! Updated with new appliances Nov 2019. Includes all pots/pans, dishes, glassware, children's plastic cups and plates, utensils, knives, kettle, toaster, hand blender, mixer, crock pot, waffle iron, and Keurig Coffee machine with complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. Extra amenities provided include all dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags. A half bath is situated just off the kitchen.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Relax and unwind in the comfortable atmosphere of the combined living/dining room. The dining table seats 6 and there is a small table and 2 more chairs in the kitchen. The living room opens up to a patio where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a comfortable sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: The exquisite, spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A large walk in closet, 2 dressers, large flat screen TV with cable. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has shower w/Garden tub. The adjoining balcony has patio furniture for a relaxing warm Florida evening!

DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: This second master suite is located on ground level and is perfect for elderly or disabled guests. This lovely room also makes it so easy and comfortable for two families to share our home! With a beautiful ensuite full bathroom, there is a Queen Bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A dresser and a large flat screen TV with cable.

HARRY POTTER ROOM: Books and decor make you feel whisked away into the world of Harry Potter! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. A walk in closet, and dresser.

DISNEY ROOM: Be immersed in the magic of Disney! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. Books, Toys, closet and dresser.

Another full bathroom upstairs between the Harry Potter room and Disney Room.

Very family friendly! We supply a pack n'play, high chair, stroller, and a selection of games, books, and toys.

THE REGAL PALMS RESORT: This resort is a fantastic, beautiful, gated community. The resort offers 2 large pools that have a year round temperature of 78 degrees. With a zero entry pool for the younger guests and lazy river and water slide for older guests. The jacuzzi/hot tub is always heated at 104 degrees. The water park stays open until 11 pm making it easy to relax after a day at the parks.
Beach Volleyball Court, Tiki Bar, Billiard Tables, Frankie Farrell's Pub and Grille restaurant has Clubhouse and Poolside Dining, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Center with Sauna & steam room and showers, and 24 hour Front Desk services. Tennis courts and basketball courts and children's play areas are close by.
Banana Jacks is a kids' fun zone featuring an arcade room, an indoor playground, prizes, food and entertainment for the whole family.
The resort is very well maintained and beautiful!

We really enjoyed this property. The spaciousness was amazing, everyone had their own space and there was enough family time/room space. Loved it. Only one weird thing happened for a day or so, when we turned the ac off and back on it gave us no reception.

Would definitely return. Everything at the property was exactly as described, and the convenience of the location to the pools in comparison to other properties was worth every penny. Some friends were situated so far from the pool portion of the resort, that they found it necessary to drive to the pools rather than walk. The communication with the property owners was quick and detailed, and everything was in working order throughout the duration of our stay. Even with six of us, we had plenty of room for everyone. Read the booklet on the table upon your arrival, there were lots of tips that we were able to use to our advantage. No complaints at all. Thank you!!

We had plenty of room when our children and grandchildren came to visit. There were many activities right in resort that were availabl., Even on rainy days, the grandchildren were never bored. Everything youneeded for a baby or toddler was provided, which saved our children the struggle of bringing strollers, pack n plays,etc with them. We loved the property and the owners were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Everything we needed for a Disney vacation
Fantastic communication, very well equipped and had everything for a family with the kids and the in law's. Between 25 and 45-60 minutes drive from most parks depending on traffic. Clean and safe area. Resort had nice features the family enjoyed on off days from the park. Kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Enjoyed little extras like books, popcorn, coffee pods. Another great stay at Regal Palms
We loved the Villa, the decor is lovely. Everything worked as it should. Beds were comfy and plenty of space. Hosts are great at getting back with answers to any questions and we had no issues with checking in or out. We didn’t need to contact the management as had no issues during our stay. My sister rented another house just around the corner (also Regal Palms) and said how much more homely ours was than theirs. Thanks for a lovely stay and a perfect base for our familymoon

Home away from home
The townhome was lovely. So much thought and effort went into the decor and it smelled amazing upon our arrival. The wifi was great and there were many channel options included with their cable package. Even though we didn’t use them, the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, a keurig, coffee pot, and plenty of items necessary to cook meals if you wanted to. This location is a quick walk away from the clubhouse and pool area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are security guards are on location. The resort sits behind a Publix shopping center. There are many fast food options around in the area. While Walmart is down the major street, the dollar general contains many of the same items you may want to get. This resort is about 40 minutes from universal and 15 from the sunset walk by Margaritaville, but I don’t mind the distance because it is in such a peaceful area. I definitely would stay here again and I recommend it to any family looking for a clean, safe, and fun environment for their children.

Great vacation home for Disney trip

Great location and Very Spacious
The house was very pleasant and it's only a couple minute walk to the pool. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough cooking supplies, kitchenware and tables settings to enjoy family meals. They also leave left behind items such as garbage bags and dishwasher pods from previous renters for future renters to utilize. The patio and upstairs master suite balcony are on the backside which is semi-private, it's nice to relax on the chairs at night and enjoy a beverage. The only complaint I have is the shower curtains in the two primary bathrooms had very prevalent black mold spots all across the bottom of them and our youngest daughter has severe allergies which it effected until we noticed it and had to remove them during our stay.

Great Family Stay
The townhouse is spacious with comfortable beds and great Disney decor. The kitchen is well equipped and located close to Publix and a few restaurants. The drive to Universal was about 50 min and Magic Kingdom about 30, depending on traffic. The lazy river fun and the pool small but clean. The arcade had lots of games. The pool area is a 3 minute walk from the townhouse. Other than proximity to the parks this townhouse is perfect for a family vacation.
