They charge you $33 each night to park! i wasn’t expecting that. i wouldn’t have stayed there. The flags they fly are wind torn and are an embarrassment. They cant change out a simple flag every 6 months.

The hotel was a great experience. The only draw back is parking is $33 a day. I don’t understand why a hotel that big would charge that much for parking. Valet is $45

The location is supreme and right by universal studios! Room has good space and view. However it didn’t feel super clean. I guess that’s because we went during the holiday and the staff were just too busy to clean each room thoroughly.
