Having a pool was really great. The place was very clean and staff were helpful. The hotel did have a bit of an old feel to things and the rooms were not 'modern' but still quite clean and bathrooms appear to have been upgraded.

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. They were friendly and very accommodating. Our room smelled like “wet dog”. There was mold around our toilet and the pool area seemed a bit run down. The black carpet in the guest room also creeped me out as I couldn’t tell if it were clean or dirty.

Great location, service was friendly and welcoming! Allowed an early checkin when arrived very early but one huge con was a roach was on tv stand in room. We informed front desk and they moved us immediately without any problems. Decent hotel, a bit outdated. Overall 5/10 the roach really turned me off but yeah.

I expected a much nicer room for a Hilton. Shampoo and body wash was empty. We saw two large roaches. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. I was disappointed especially since I’ve always had good experiences at Hilton on the past. This is one I don’t think I will return to.

The hotel was well kept. Service desk worker was very professional. She had a smile in her voice. Made us feel very welcomed. The young man that worked on the outside assured us that they would get us to the Orlando train station on time for our train.
