Even if you pay for parking ahead of time they make you pay extra with the excuse that it is ran by a different company. I have weeks trying to get a refund and no one is available or picks up the phone or reply to my emails.

Parking fee during hurricane Milton was outrageous. Parking fee was almost more than one night stay because we had to evacuated with two cars. Hotel was really nice but had I understood the total parking fee I would never have booked.

The room was good the hotel service staff was good the front desk was average at best mostly looking at there phones and would not even acknowledged your arrival nor departure. Would not even look up at you.
