The only con I have, is they didn’t offer the shuttle to and from Universal, other than that everything about the hotel was amazing! We will definitely be staying there again!

Place was fine. When we first arrived, I went to the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to go into the back of the tank and fix the toilet handle arm that wasn’t connected to the lever on the air tank. For a moment, I felt like I was still at work. Other than that, it was fine
