Our new getaway!
We have never stayed at this hotel before and it was wonderful. After going through hurricane Milton we needed a getaway even though we only live an hour away. The hotel was so nice and clean and the room spotless. The only two negatives I can say is it would be nice to have free coffee available during the day rather than just at breakfast but that's certainly is not a deal breaker. The air conditioning in the lobby is very cold. Other than that it was a perfect stay and close to Disney. We will certainly be back again.

The parking / entry situation is pretty bad if you arrive later in the day like people with families often do. During check-in, we had no other other option than behind the hotel, across from the loading dock and had to walk around in darkness. Upon entry, the lobby was very nice and well maintained, but I really couldn't tell you more about this property because I was denied entry to a room I paid for at 9:30pm with three children waiting in a car because I failed to notify them that I didn't show (but paid for) the night before. But here I was this night...and the room was not so, in addition to scrambling around trying to find lodging for my family days after a hurricane, I'm currently trying to get refunded for a room I wasn't allowed to have. You've been warned.

Beautiful hotel. Impressed, would definitely stay here again. There is a parking fee. But no one can just drive through the gate. Loved the amenities. Wonderfully priced gift shop.
