Less than 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all other Central Florida attractions.

This new luxurious Florida villa rental boasts beautiful décor with Mickey, Princess themed Rooms along with Avenger Theme Game Room, Very New Luxury Flooring through out the house with very high quality furnishings throughout. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it is in the community of Tuscany at West side, close to three golf courses including the award winning Highlands Reserve.

The south/west facing pool area has plenty of space to soak up the sun and relax after a long day at the parks and backs onto a conservation area for ultimate privacy.
The community of Tuscany at Westside is one of the most convenient and sought after locations for all major Orlando theme parks and is ideally situated for enjoying much of Central Florida. There are numerous restaurants/bars less than five minutes drive.

This villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday with a home from home feel.
Dining Room Solid wood dining table with seating for 8 in the elegant dining area.

Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, all utensils and appliances including kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Double sink with garbage disposal unit. Breakfast bar with four bar stools.

Living Room The living room has a 50” LCD Cable TV with DVD player, with the upgrade TV package (including English and Champions league Football)and a CD/iPod combo player; Large comfortable sectional and over head fan.

Ground Floor Bathroom WC and wash basin.

Ground Floor Master Suite The first master suite has a King size bed with walk in closet, bedside cabinets and electronic alarm clock; en suite bathroom with large tub bath and shower over the bath,twin wash basins, vanity unit, mirror, WC and hair-dryer. There’s a 42” LCD TV . The room also has an over head fan.

Laundry Facilities
Accessed via the garage/games room is the laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron is also provided.

First Floor Master Suite The second master suite also has a King size bed, bedside cabinets, alarm clock, 42” LCD TV and en suite bathroom (twin wash basins, vanity unit, mirror, large tub, double shower cubicle, hair-dryer) WC and walk in closet. The Room also has an over head fan.

Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinet, alarm clock, fitted closet and 24” LCD TV. The room also has an over head fan.

Bedroom 4 and Bathroom The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds with Mickey Theme decor and a bedside cabinet, alarm clock, fitted closet and Jack & Jill bathroom ( shower over the bath, wash basin, mirror, WC and hair-dryer) with Bedroom 5. The room also has an overhead fan

Lanai, Pool & Spa The entire pool area is fully screened and has a shaded lanai area for outdoor dining. The large pool with spa (approximately 15 x 30) is heated and a large rectangular table seats six for dining and an over head fan to keep you cool. Four sun loungers are available. The pool backs onto a conservation area and offers the tranquillity and sunshine you need on holiday.

Spring Break 2024
Very nice, spacious home for 5 adults and 1 teenager to enjoy spring break! Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom and space. Large pool and game room to spend time together as well. Living room upstairs and downstairs an extra bonus!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, would also rent again!!

Pictures dont match the listing condition wise, dryer was broke whole stay along with fan lights and a toilet, rules online don't match what they left in house and geting anything even looked at was pulling teeth. Dont expect seating or use of game room since it was worn down or just not there and we were told they knew about it on previous rental but no action was done, just them saying we can refund you a portion but ghosted for checkout

The house is spacious and it was perfect for my family's size. We stayed for 10 days from the 27th til the 7th of July. This house needed a deep clean from top to bottom. My sister in law and I were cleaning our first night there. Not what we wanted to be doing being on vacation and all. Towels, bedsheets and pillows were stained, looked very dirty and nasty like if they've never been washed. Some of us had to go out and purchase some. Shower curtains dirty and slimey. All these things should definitely be replaced with new ones. Grill was so dirty, it says guest has to clean before and after, looks like it hasnt been clean in awhile either. We tried turning it on but it wasnt working properly. So we didnt use it, definitely a safety hazard. The pool was the biggest problem for us. The first night there we noticed the water wasnt as clear as the neighbors pool it kind of had a light green tint but thought it was the coloring on the pool floor. As the days went by it got more greener and on the 4th of July, the day we we're going to stay in and enjoy the pool, the pool was so green full of algae it was not safe to get in. We couldnt use the pool or grill and that was the two most important features we looked foward to using during our stay. I was very disappointed. I did reach out to the property manager/owner about the grill they never responded and about the pool they tried blaming us for clogging the filters. Not cool at all never even got an apology from them for the inconvenience it had caused during our stay. The house is beautiful but its too bad it has poor maintenance.

Not a gated community which is great.. House accommodated 6 of us nicely. Very nice home. Could use updated frying and baking pans for those that want to have some meals at home. Broken microwave door handle. Be careful opening! Air conditioning worked but I think is controlled digitally as the temp was changing all the time. All in all it is a very nice place to stay.

Cable boxes not plugged in, heated spa did not work, German roaches on bed, had to clean out coffee maker as it was growing mold, mold in Master bath and room. Towel rack fell off the wall. Lots of potential but too many issues that were unhealthy.

Lovely property, controlling and unreasonable landlord
The house is very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen could use more flatware and a better frying pan (very warped). Signs around house and welcome email were very threatening. Lots of fines threatened for infraction of rules. I felt like these things could be stated in a less threatening way. The biggest problem we had is that the landlord kept increasing the temperature that the air conditioning was set at via the internet connection. We set it at 72, which I think is perfectly reasonable. It was constantly changed to higher temperatures, one time to 86 degrees. We got frustrated and disconnected the thermostat from the network. We reconnected it before we left. This angered the landlord and he added charges for the thermostat and for a sheet that he claims we stained. We did not. Despite how lovely the house is, we would never rent it again.

3 WEEK STAY
Arrived at the end of July with all the family to celebrate a 60th birthday and were not disappointed, this is a large 5 bedroomed property which is well furnished and clean with a swimming pool as well which is a major plus when you want a rest from visiting the parks on very hot summer days. Murali made every effort to make this a great holiday and nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee and the location of the villa was perfect being very close to the Disney parks and not too far to Universal. The villa is really well equipped for a large group or family and has lots of internal space to relax and separate area for breaking off if needed. Overall a great holiday.
