Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom.

You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is south-facing. Pool and spa heating is available upon request and for an additional charge. The pool has a child safety fence to help protect your children. The pool area is private – it is not overlooked.

The game room is exceptionally attractive. It provides a pool / billiard table, table football, and darts. Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room in the villa.

FREE fast unlimited internet connection with WIFI is provided in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

There is a gas grill (BBQ) available - FREE of charge to our guests.

The Tuscan Ridge Community also has a communal tennis court - FREE of charge.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient local property management company.

After full payment has been received, guests receive a 4-digit code for the door of the villa. This is a very convenient way how to get into the villa as you can arrive at any time and you do NOT need to drive to another location to check-in. In addition, guests receive a detailed ARRIVAL INFORMATION Document (incl. contact details of the local property manager).

The villa is easily reachable from the Orlando International Airport - approx. 35 minutes (32 miles, easy drive). The ARRIVAL INFO Document contains detailed driving instructions.

Other distances: Disney World Magic Kingdom: approx. 15 miles and 22 minutes using Interstate Highway 4 (I-4). The Universal Studios: approx. 30 minutes, located next to I-4.

worked out well for us
The house was clean and in good shape with two minor glitches that the host had the property manager promptly take care of (one was the hot tub not working properly). We had a total of 3 people (myself, wife, and a last-minute add of one adult who was part of our group traveling for a soccer tournament, and whose travel arrangements got messed up at the last minute). Having what was essentally a second master bedroom really made that work out well.

Beautiful Home
The house was very nice and with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Two issues we had though was that we lost internet connection after the first night and it never was restored for the duration of our stay. Also we had a property manager randomly stop in while we were there, a little awcward considering that we did not call anyone for anything and they just showed up, I'd typically like to be left alone unless I request some assistance. Also, I paid extra cash for the hot tub and for the pool to be heated, this never worked and the water was freezing, I did reach out and was able to get a refund for that so this was a not so bad situation but we did want to swim and couldn't because the temp in Florida that week was in the high fifty's pretty much the hole time.

Another lovely stay in Dolcetto Drive!
We’d stayed at the property before and it made the ideal choice for a return visit.Has all the home comforts you’d hope for in a self catering villa, plus some practical items (ice box, food boxes and alike) for the days out.Since our last visit, the pool has been updated, as have carpets, mattresses and sofas.Vera is an incredibly helpful owner, responding to queries really quickly. The property management company were also helpful. Really good location for the parks, shopping and exploring.Hope to be able to return!!

Very nice play to stay!
The house was amazing and everything we needed for our trip down to Florida. The host Vera was very responsive and attended to all our needs. Very quick response word we had an issue and had it fixed immediately. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit! Pool and hot tub were heavenly. Kitchen was well stocked and beautiful.

Nice house but
The oven was not cleaned out prior to our visit so when I reheated some store bought chicken it set off alarms all over the house due to smoke. Gave us a mini heart attack. Told owner and they had someone come and clean it for us. Other than small error the house was great.

The house was nice and clean and had plenty of space the neighbor hood appeared well kept but the traffic to get anywhere seemed crazy almost every day and took 30-45 minutes one way but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable. Everything was great. Word to the wise, the pots get very hot ... use the oven mit. They have everything you may need for cooking! May want to bring new pool toys if you come. The ones there are mostly broken but i didnt know where to dispose of those.

The perfect villa.
This beautiful villa situated in Tuscan Ridge a well maintained and up market estate. It is well designed and the L shaped lanai provides shade from the Florida sun at all times of day. That said there is a sundeck with a spa bath should you wish to soak up the heat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well laid out. It provided a wonderful base for a Florida holiday. All the support services, the property manager, pool maintenance and gardening were working well. We had one small issue on arrival which the property manager fixed promply.

A Great Stay
The Exquisite Villa was perfect for our week in Florida attending the annual Sun n Fun event in Lakeland. We did not use the pool, but the house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of good restaurants in the area. The management very good with the information and easy check in/check out procedures. All in all, this house is exactly what we look for when we pick a place to stay.

This house was easy to access. No annoying security check in at the front every time you come home. The development was safe and welcoming. The house had everything needed for our stay and the pool and hot tub are perfect in colder temps with the added heat. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice home, good stay
We liked the house. It was as represented and suited us well. There were 5 adults in our group. As others have mentioned it is outdated and could use some love and attention in some areas. We didn’t like the location. Not much to do in Davenport unless you’re heading to Orlando. Then it would be great! The only way to leave the neighborhood was to pull out on Hwy 27. Traffic was always busy! If the house were in another location we’d stay there again.
