Ylellinen ilmastoitu huvila on tosi poissa kotoa sijaitsee arvokkaalla Silver Creek alueella. Sen asema on ihanteellinen helposti kaiken, on tehnyt Central Florida on yksi suosituimmista kohteista maailmassa. Silver Creek sijaitsee 1 kilometrin pohjoiseen valtatie 27 risteyksen jälkeen kanssa 192. We stayed at the house, it was very nice. Probably the best thing about staying at a house when visiting Disney is the space and privacy which there is. The pool was very nice and the second floor gives the children a place of their own.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. We came for a week at Disney. Everything was very convenient with a short drive to the parks. A hurricane hit during our stay and the home was super safe and we experienced no flooding or damage. Owners were very responsive no matter what questions we had. My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

Fabulous stay!
The property is well appointed and fun! We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers at this centrally located home. You can easily drive to either coast with this as your home base. The pool is a perfect way to relax when spending the day at the house. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the birds every morning while we had our coffee on the patio. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful home!

Perfect!
We had a lovely stay! The property (and neighborhood) was very well kept and clean. There was plenty of everything we needed. It was very conveniently located and a very easy drive to Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed the pool on our break day. I don’t typically walk barefoot in rental homes but I did on a few occasions here and my white socks were still white! It was very homey feeling and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Excellent in every way
We’ve rented several villas over the years and this bested all of them. The villa was extremely clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. I really can’t find fault! We loved the added bonus of the pool table, as well as cooling off in the pool. Rear aspect is private and the neighbourhood is quiet yet near to shops and restaurants. The owner, Joanne, was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive. Questions were answered within hours or sometimes minutes. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your lovely vacation home. We will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning!

Nice property, farther than we expected
The place was very nice in a very nice neighborhood. Overall reservation process was a bit overwhelming with paperwork that needed completed and it seemed like soo many rules. I was nervous I would mess something up unintentionally. With that said, the stay was easier than I expected. The host was VERY communicative, even when she herself was on vacation which I appreciated because we read in two spots of the listing that there was a BBQ and had planned to use it but on-site we realized it needed requested (and in the "notes" section we didnt see before. We were able to gain access on site. Pros- Walmart grocery deliveries can be delivered here to save on errands for food and essentials. Location was very peaceful. Pool was a very nice addition to our vacation and from the pictures I thought it was indoor like a porch but it is screened in so beware of the potential inability to use in winter or rain. LOTS of towels were provided. Cons - much farther away from Orlando and Universal than it states. Took us easily an hour and a half to get to Universal Studios because traffic is insane there. Took approx 1 hr 40 min to get to Cocoa Beach. Does not include large enough cookwear to cook for 6 people let alone the 8 it can actually sleep. Lots of plates and cups but pans are too small and the nonstick is completely gone. Zero kitchen essentials for cooking.. no salt/pepper, oil, paper towels or napkins. Need to purchase all of these things.

Immaculate Villa in a Perfect Location!
Our experience was unbelievable to say the least. The villa exceeded our highest expectations and had everything you would want in a vacation home, and more! The owner ensured our stay was perfect and made this the best vacation we've ever had. It was so sad for us to leave, however we were lucky enough to book another weeks stay in three months.

The property worked well for our family. Very clean and many amenities. We enjoyed the pool toys provided and extra beach towels since we spent several hours in the water. We had no need to contact the owner after arrival but appreciated the follow-up messages to make sure everything was as expected.

Wonderful accommodation
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, pool and view of the lake are great. Really well decorated throughout. There was only one VERY tiny thing and that was there was no bbq as detailed and I emailed several times to ask about it but had no reply. I would definitely recommend this property as that was the only minor thing we could find fault with everything else was brilliant 😀

Spotlessly clean and comfortable
Villa Marie is absolutely spotless, cozy and very comfortable, with every single thing you can think of at hand. The owners obviously take pride in their property. We really enjoyed our stay - lovely pool with nice views and so quiet. Half an hour or so from the parks and close to shops and restaurants. Great value ! The owner, Joanne was very responsive (although our contact was only to let her know how much we enjoyed our stay !)

The house is in a great location, close to all amenities and a short drive to Disney. It provided a great balance from the craziness of the parks with the kids. We felt comfortable and at home and allowed us to have peaceful downtime. The homeowner is quick to respond to any communication.

Absolutely Perfect place to get away !!
I cannot say enough good about this property! It was perfect ! Exactly as listed . The house was immaculately clean , even the pool deck was spotless . As a family with two small children, it was the perfect place to stay , the kids loved it (3 and 6) The pool was warm , very clean and well maintained . Location was great , with being 30-45 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go including the airport . The beds and linens were very comfortable and clean , there was more than enough extra sheets and blankets and an abundance of towels including beach towels . The games room was a great addition and the kids really enjoyed that as well as the adults . We will definitely be back , and i highly recommend this home for anyone looking to book a family holiday in the future . The communication with the owner was always prompt and she was there for any questions I had. Booking with her was a pleasure !!

The home was amazing. It looks brand new. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the pool and lake. Close to Disney and other attractions. Joanne was very nice. I emailed her to ask something and she answered within 10 minutes. Will definitely go back. Would be great for a family with kids.

Dream Come True
We had a blast at the Disney parks and a blast getting married on Clearwater beach, but sone of our best memories were in the pool and hot tub after the parks had closed. There are so many restaurants near by, but I was also able to make amazing meals for my family in the fully equipped kitchen.
