We will return!
I will definitely stay at this hotel again! We take family overnighters in Orlando occasionally and this hotel was conveniently located to Universal Studios. There are many restaurants in walking distance too! Just really convenient along with feeling safe and it being clean, we will be back! The only thing l wish they would do is to make it smell in the rooms as good as it smells in the hallways and entrance.

This is a great little hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. Its location is very good. The pool is well maintained. The beds are comfortable. I didn’t find the pillows comfortable enough but the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast is great. My main concern is the maids don’t listen; we told the staff FOUR TIMES in a single morning we didn’t want service but they kept interrupting our day very early to ask again. This was after we’d said we wanted NO service whatsoever during our stay the day before. We stayed four days and received interruption by the maids every single day which was disappointing to say the least. Other than that it a great spot and we’re definitely glad we booked here.

Room wasn’t very clean, and the beds were atrocious. Hard as a rock. We had kids sleeping on a couch bed and the extra linens in the bag were gross. Old, frayed, stained, and covered in hair. Employees were kind and friendly, easily the best part of the stay.

Pros: Perfect spot for my Universal trip. Complimentary breakfast in the Am. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Cons: My room smelled musty like a wet carpet. Very strong too. Toilet easily clogged and I needed a plunger from the front desk. Kind of embarrassing. Room window was lit up very bright by an outside light for the pool. Very bright when trying to sleep even with the blinds closed. I would stay here again. I didn’t complain about the room smell because it was only for 2 days. But I def would have if it was a longer stay.

Property is a bit outdated but otherwise it was very close to Universal Studios. When your tired from having been at the park all day its great having a hotel so close. Pool was spacious and great for relaxing.

I like this hotel, delicious breakfast, great shower, TV has Netflix and Amazon prime, laundry excepts debit/credit cards, awesome location close to pharmacy, gas station, and restaurants, convenient schedule for the shuttle, very nice staff. The only one thing that was a unconvenient is using microwave on the first floor/lobby.

Very close to Universal- from the parking lot to the walkway to City Park entrance it was only 22 minutes. They do have a shuttle available also. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff is very friendly and greeted us coming and going. I was able to check in a little early as well. We did have a couple of lights not working in the room one evening and they sent maintenance right up. The only thing was a weird smell in the room. It smelt a little soured. They did send someone to check the carpets a couple of times, and by the last day, the smell wasn’t as bad. We only noticed it when we walked in the room after coming back from the Universal parks each evening. Housekeeping left us plenty of towels and washcloths. I will stay here again with my family in the future!

This property was convenient to Universal Studios. The room we had was divided with a small area for a loveseat sleeper and tv adjacent to the main room. This only served to make the bedroom area feel smaller and more cramped. The bathroom light and fan were on one switch. Our toilet got clogged and I was told that they had no maintenance people on staff, but, they were happy to lend me a plunger. Really??? The breakfast was adequate. Cheese omelets or scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon or turkey sausage, some fruit and juice. English muffins, pound cake, plain and cinnamon raisin bagels with 2 waffle machines. I can't fault the staff, they were quite friendly. However, this was not up to Fairfield standards.
