When we arrived, power was out. I booked a room for 2 doubles, they only had 1 king room available, I have a 4 year old so that was inconvenient. The elevator by our room didn’t work, had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Rooms slightly out dated, managed to upgrade to Courtyard next door. Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Definitely appreciated the breakfast before heading out to the parks but wish they would change up the menu. Daily complimentary shuttles offered to the parks but had a hard time finding the shuttle back to the hotel at night or the pickup times were before the parks closing time. Still saved us travelling costs to the parks. So better than nothing.

The stay was good and everyone was helpful. My only complaint is even with the air on the rooms were very humid and upon every entry it smelled like chlorine. Other than that. Clean and the staff was very nice.

Had a HORRIBLE stay. My key lock did not work for the 3 full days of my stay. I had to wait over an hour for someone to come to my room to let me in. Bed sheets were extremely dirty and hair in the bath tub. Absolutely the worst stay every.
