They charge for parking. First night the cops were out front when we arrived. After we settled on my wife was in the elevator when the cops came back and pulled a guy out and threw him on the floor. Staff didnā€™t even ask her if she was ok.

The only Issue we had was our tub faucet would not turn off completely. It ran all night and we had to shut the door to the bathroom in order to sleep.

A/C wouldnā€™t go below 72. And it was a very hot 72. Reminder I was only there for one night. When checking in I was never asked to register my car nor given a pass to put in my car. Yet when I walk out of my hotel I find a note on my car that says it will be towed if left longer than 24 hours. Luckily again was there one day. But Iā€™d I had been there longer it would be nice for staff to prepare you for that.

Overall, pretty good
I had booked a king room, and when I reached it, the toilet was broken, flush stuck open and could not resolve. Was given an alternate room in quick time with two beds instead. The breakfast has a limited range and the plates/cutlery is all single use plastic/paper which is not great environmentally. The room itself was fine, if a little dated. The AC unit was noisy at night. Bed was comfy though, and appreciated the location, very close to many bars and restaurants off icon park, but being on Universal Boulevard there was much less noise at night. For a room at a reasonable rate in the Orlando area, a good choice. Especially if you don't require a car and can use the I-ride trolley and Lyft/Uber to travel the area

This is a great hotel for its price! The location is good and all the facilities are just great, there also have a laundry in place so it help us. The breakfast was really fine and it can be improved but compared to the price of the staying it is worth it!

Excellent hotel!!
What a wonderful hotel. We only stayed one night, would have stayed longer if we could. Maria at the front desk was awesome! Staff were so polite and friendly. Hotel SO clean. Plenty of parking. Felt so safe there. The hotel sits right at ICON Park so we could walk to see things and get food. I didn't partake in breakfast, but they do serve it. Maria listened to what type of room I was looking for and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

The whole hotel; lobby, elevators, hallways and room smells like mildew. I was extremely upset about the parking situation. While booking the hotel it did not mention that I had to pay to self park my car. The hotel does not have enough parking spots for the amount of rooms they have! It is $16 PER DAY to park and because their was never any spaces we had to park in the overflow which is a dirt field, how is that acceptable?!
