This brand new, two-story townhouse, located at the corner of one of the newly built blocks in the Compass Bay gated community, is just minutes from restaurants, shopping malls, attraction parks, and all the entertainment options that the Orlando/Kissimmee area offers. Compass Bay's prime location on Poinciana Blvd., between US 192 and SR 535, provides easy access to major Florida highways like I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive.
Guests can take advantage of Compass Bay's amenities, including organizing a BBQ in the community gazebos, enjoying the swimming pool, or taking the little ones to the playgrounds. The stylish and modern décor, featuring fresh hues throughout, ensures this vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a family room, and a dining area where guests can relax and watch a movie on the 60" Smart TV. The upper floor features a master bedroom with a King-size bed, a 55" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, a 50" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with two Twin-size beds and the other with a pair of Twin-size bunk beds, which share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.
Guests can enjoy a private courtyard, a one-car garage with additional driveway parking for two cars, free High Speed Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, Smart TVs, HVAC, and an alarm system.
Fresh towels and linens are provided. The property is professionally cleaned with high-touch surfaces disinfected and stocked with new toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and more amenities for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are cleaned with professional disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. The cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected again during the pre-arrival inspection, ensuring the safest environment for your stay.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
