Compass Bay community is ideally situated over Poinciana Blvd, between US 192 and SR 535. This location allows for a short driving distance to all theme parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls... just minutes away from the major Florida highways, such as I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive.


Compass Bay's open-area amenities include: two gazebos with playgrounds, picnic areas, and BBQ grills. Guests can also enjoy relaxing at its splendid heated community swimming pool.


Guests will find an open floor plan with the combination of living-dining-kitchen that leads to the private backyard.


On the second level, there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both of them with KingSize beds. Along the hallway there are two more rooms, one with a Twin-Over-Full bed and trundle, and the other with two TwinSize beds. There is also a shared full-bathroom and the washer/dryer area.

Orlando trip
Home was clean and convenient. However we had a major problem with the master bedroom box spring that was clearly defective. It was impossible to sleep on it because it had broken springs that were so loud you could hear them throughout the house.. We reported the problem, maintenance came and took videos of the issue but nothing was ever done in a 6 day stay. We called a mattress factory to price a box spring and it was about $100, available for immediate pickup and only 10 minutes from the home. The owner refused to resolve the issue after the maintenance man confirmed the issue. We will not rent from this owner again. If you can sleep on a defective bed then your stay will be great. Disappointed
