Ceiling fan became disconnected from the ceiling and was hanging by wires. Called the front desk to have repaired. Had to Make two calls to the front desk and wait two hours to have repaired. Missed going out to dinner due to their delay.

Spacious and lovely! A perfect spot for our family of four to stay while we visited the theme parks in Orlando. Property was well cared for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening.

We really loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the one bed apartment and it had everything we needed to cook some easy breakfast and lunches. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was amazingly cold! The only minor complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower but it wouldn’t stop us booking here again.

Room was huge. There were two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with two twin size beds. There were two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all supplies, a living room, dining table and even laundry facilities. It was truly an amazing room. The down side for us was that was that the resort didn’t offer shuttle services to any of the theme parks. The WiFi left much to be desired. The cell reception wasn’t great being on the 1st floor. There is a great pizza deli on campus of the resort and if you need any necessities there is a gift shop. We didn’t try any of the pools but they seemed nice. The resort was a bit pushy to sell you a timeshare at their vacation club. I wasn’t a huge fan of that but overall it was a great stay.

Quiet place surrounded by trees. It is old but well maintained. Recently bought by Hilton. You will be invited to a sales pitch similar to time sharing. Just Say No. I was surprised at check-in by a $212 in "fees" which is not revealed during booking. We stayed 5 nights and got the room cleaned once. The last night we were there the AC malfunctioned and we woke up to a frigid room at 59 degrees . Checkout is easy, Just leave the keys in the room and leave. They will email your receipt.
