We had stayed a week earlier and booked to conclude our Florida visit. When we arrived back the front desk recognised us and welcomed us. Our stay again was first class. Our room and the rest of the hotel was spotless. During our stay nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. It was really nice to see everyone working together as a team. The breakfast staff were so efficient in making sure there was always plenty of food available, the areas always clean. Just to note the WiFi, parking and pool are really great. As we checked out, Veronica wanted to know how our stay was and we were very happy to say both visits were fantastic. Although we were not visiting the theme parks it is a great place to stay if you are visiting Disney and other parks. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is located in a very pleasant area.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. When we did the check in there was an issue with the room that was originally assigned to us, but Sashane was super helpful and immediately gave us another room. The room was perfect, clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. They served breakfast everyday, and you can make Mickey waffles. They have plenty of parking space, so it wasn't an issue even if came late. It was great staying in this hotel, everyone was super helpful and nice to us, especially Sashane and Veronica at the front desk, they were incredibly nice and attentive the whole time. We're definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful time and the staff did an amazing job at always kindly interacting with us! They made us feel special as their guest of the day as we were celebrating. We stayed there 4 nights, very closed to shops, dinning options and 4-5 minutes to Disney. The breakfast options were different every day, with plenty options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are confortable and clean. We loved this hotel.

When we arrived the front desk was very welcoming and immediately found our reservation. The room was spotless and clean. Everything worked as it should. I love staying here. My daughter first brought me here. This hotel is convenient to Disney Springs, stores and restaurants. It is always very clean.
