Our stay here at Hampton Inn was great. I called early in the morning to see if we would be able to check in early after our cruise. Although they said it wasn’t guaranteed for a room to be ready they said they would be able to hold our bags for us. When we arrived they did a room ready which we were happy to hear after a long week of fun from our cruise we were able to relax as soon as we got there. Our room was large and perfect for us to relax for the day and night before our flight out the next morning. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando.

It was a mess. They gave our reservation/room away. I called the day before to let them know we’d be checking in late. They made a note on the account. The gave us a smaller room. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor because there was not enough beds. They still charged full price even after getting downsized! Ridiculous!!!

The place and staff were wonderful. The only thing was no microwave . I would have to go down from the 8th floor to use the microwave to heat food for my granddaughter. There was this one time I had to get dressed to go down. If you’re relaxing and want to have a warm snack or eat something and don’t want to go anywhere, it’s inconvenient. Other than that it was good
