Our experience was disappointing. After reserving two rooms with identical features, we were placed in a disability room, and we were informed that the other room would be on a different floor. Upon checking out, we were not greeted with a simple "good morning." On two occasions, we passed by the front desk, but there was no staff present, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Breakfast could be better
The breakfast could be improved. The omelet was not very flavorful and could have more filling options, such as a variety of cheeses and ham. Additionally, the bacon was not served every day, which could be adjusted for better consistency. Overall, adding more variety to the breakfast options would greatly enhance the experience.

Pros: Easy to find. Great check in experience. No problems or issues with the room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast is your basic usuals. Con: $12/day for parking in a lot that’s not secure.

Nice except the bathroom doors
Overall this is a nice location and hotel. The staff was helpful, the building was clean and the breakfast was above par. They lose one star though because the put barn doors on the bathrooms in all the rooms with no locks on them. With the large cracks in the door the sound carries throughout the room and any member of the family can pop in while your mid...use. Another thing I didn't like was the $12 a day parking. On a positive note, the hotel was a 1/2 mile walk to the front gate of Seaworld.

The hotel itself is great but needs improvements, the elevator sounded like we were gonna stuck on it We didnt rented a car and the idea was to use the IRide that stopped in front of hotel but it doesnt goes all the way to the hotel all the times and we lost tons of time waiting, this is not a hotel problem but definitely afected our trip The beds were really confortable and the breakfast had a good amount of options, just like any Hampton Inn Overall our stay was really good

Easy hotel right next to SeaWorld entrance. Parking is $12 per vehicle per day. Breakfast had a lot of options though nothing special but is included. Solid decent hotel for an enjoyable stay.
