The Features:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower and tub.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and 4th bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player, for those quiet movie evenings after a day in the parks that you want to spend in the home.
There are smart TV's in all the bedrooms for streaming or gaming so everyone can watch something different. If you feel like cooking, the large modern kitchen is fully equipped for this purpose, with Stove, Microwave Oven, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
There is also a Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The private pool and spa (heat available for an additional fee*), with the oversized patio and lanai, completes this home perfectly. With the East facing exposure, you are sure to get plenty of sunned great views of the golf course.

*Pool Heat Fee which includes the Spa is:
Minimum of 4 Days - 7 Days is $40 per Day.
For Stays of 8 Days - 14 Days is $35 per Day
For Stays of 15 Days - 30 Days is $30 per Day
All Pool Fees are based on consecutive days.

Never Again
Most horrible place I have ever stayed in. I had to be in touch with the host so many times for them to send the property manager around to sort things out. Yes things got done eventually but I should not have been asking every day as these basic things like towels no hand towels in any bathrooms and none in the kitchen area, pots, pans all disgusting and dirty, a dirty dishwasher that was all corroded, dirty cutlery, broken chairs, ants in all bathrooms, no normal TV channels so for the first week we could only watch Netflix or Prime, dirty patio area with big weeds growing out of it and ants, broken window blinds so could not close properly if opened, corroded shower in main bathroom area with bits broken, in other bathroom if you put hot water on then cold water was coming out and if you turn it to the cold water then hot water was coming out. The list is endless and should have all been done.I paid extra for pool heating that never worked and everyone kept telling me different things about it. I told everyone that I have been coming to Orlando since 2004 and never needed to complain about anything every where we stayed as every time our stay has been perfect. I kept asking the host for a refund so I could book somewhere else but no response to that as he kept sending the property manager to sort things out. My holiday was ruined and in the end I went to stay with my friend who live very far for the last 5 day’s as I got fed up of complaining and not getting much answers.

Lovely home in beautiful Highland reserve
We had a fantastic time in Garry’s house in Highland reserve. The house had everything that we needed and communication was great with Garry! We definitely recommend it to everybody if you are a couple or a family and we will definitely come back again!
