Room was clean but needs update bathroom sink not working properly shower too, no basics in the bathroom like soap body lotion toilet paper was already used no tissues at all…. Terrible, when I called front desk to let them know they say ok and ignore us they never send anything. No breakfast included. additional $28 for parking per night!!!!! Not a good choice. Won’t be back.

Was not a big fan. Sheets were coming off the bed because they didn’t fully fit, shampoo had fallen off the wall in the shower, the faucet in the bathroom was hard to use and made lots of noise, and then the sink sprayed water everywhere when using it. Friendly staff when we checked in, but was unaware that we had to pay for parking separately since we booked through Expedia. Parking was terrible and had to park on the backside of the hotel and was inconvenient. When we checked out, receptionist noticed us but did not say a word to us.

Nice property with easy access to Disney and Disney springs. It’s your standard run of the mill Hilton. We stayed 2 nights and had issues with our shower and water for both nights. We got in late the first night and had lukewarm water in the shower with very low pressure. No big deal it’s one night so we mentioned it to the man at the front desk on our way to the park the next morning. He mentioned that there seems to be a larger problem because a few other guests have said the same. We get back in the room after a full day and the front desk person that was there had no knowledge of anything wrong but offered to call maintenance to check. We get up to room and the water is warmer, not as hot as it should be when on full hot but enough to not take a cold shower. Water pressure still barely above a trickle. Let front desk know that there is still an issue. We checked out the next morning without a resolution. The safe in the room also did not work.

The property did not have my reserved room for me. They sent me to a sister property that had no record that I had been moved, they did not have a room for me, and they did not give any effort to find me a room. This was during the very busy Christmas season. This has been a terrible experience!

Disappointed as the hot tub was broken, the pool was very dirty and many pieces of debris/leaves. The site indicated a theme park shuttle….found out upon arrival it was limited to destinations (not all parks). Hotel employees were fine.
