Convenient Location, however lots of issues with things not working in our room, including TV, electric shades, telephone. Shower controls were so tightly closed my wife could not turn on the water and would severely leak if you didn’t torque it back to off, never did get the water to stop running.

The pool area looked nice. The room was pretty clean. The bartender was very nice and quick service. I did not like the shower and was hard to turn on. I thought i bought the breakfast package but the front desk didnt mention anything and it showed a buffet. Parking was fine.

I got the hotel and the staff was not very friendly they had a hard time to communicate in English. I had to ask all questions about the breakfast, pool hours ect because they didn’t provide any of it. I got the the room the smell was equal to something was dead, stained carpet , great water in the toilet, insect in the bathroom. I went downstairs to ask if it could be cleaned or change the room but they told me it’s sold out so i had to find a new hotel. Solo with my 2 toddler. Pretty choked because this hotel was highly recommended. Hopefully I got a full refund but I had to make few calls

Hit and miss
Front staff was not kind or communicative. Morning person was rude and on her phone. First room was so filthy, smelled horrible, and had a clogged toilet. Replacement issued right away that was clean. Remote for blinds didn't work in either room, so could not lower them in one nor raise them in the second. Breakfast was dry and flavorless. One pancake was a rock and inedible.
