My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was pleasant. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful. The restaurant served good dining options. The chef was pleasant, and the food was excellent. I would look forward to staying again in the future.

Hotel is located just outside of the busy part of Orlando. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and updated. The only improvement needed is consistently having hot water in shower.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando I-4 Millenia Blvd Mall for five nights, and I was deeply disappointed. I chose this hotel based on my excellent experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Brookline, Boston, but this stay did not meet the same standards. Upon my late 11 PM check-in, I requested a room with a sliding glass shower door but was moved to three different rooms, none of which had the requested walk-in shower door. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for three nights of my stay. An engineer was called to address the issue, delaying the start of one of my days—a significant inconvenience. This newly built hotel (2024) also lacks basic amenities. There were no options for hanging clothes—no hooks, no racks—something I’ve never encountered at any hotel. On the final night, a foul smell of vomit came through the bathroom vents, stinking up the entire room. To top it off, I found a small bug on the shower curtain. The entire experience was frustrating, and I couldn’t wait to check out. I contacted Hotels.com for compensation and was successful, but it doesn’t change the fact that this stay was not worth the headache. I would avoid this property entirely and spend my money elsewhere for a better experience. This was a disappointing reflection of the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

I stayed at this property for 3 days. I was a little concern as I don’t know Orlando like that but first impression when pulling up - it was obvious that the hotel is pretty new. Well kept, clean, great service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The linens were fresh. The area is very close to various shopping options. One being the mall, the Florida outlets, Walmart and other areas like Disney world etc. I would give the property 9/10 and surrounding area 9/10. The area is so quiet and nice. I loved it

Good location, but not in a walkable area.
We left too early to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. When I took a shower and turned the volume handle, it came off in my hand. I was able to put it back on and finish my shower, but the set screw holding it on needs to be tightened.

Hot water was very inconsistent even after asking maintenance to fix it. Body wash and conditioner weren't stocked on arrival. The staff was friendly and prompt to respond but I would liked to have had hot water during my stay.

Good stay
The room was a one king bed room and I was surprised at how big the room was. The room was clean and seemed renovated. We were only there one night but check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was over prices and not good service, would recommend skipping that.
